The bread actually can be eaten without toasting but is really scrumptious if you toast it so all the flavors come out and the bread becomes more solid. That said, we have been there twice so far and both times were thoroughly impressed with everything we got. Both times we were ordering breakfast well after the lunch hour. Our choices range from steak and eggs with hash, brown, smothered and peppers and onions, two pancakes, two very interesting omelettes, including an Irish omelette, which is stuffed with corned beef hash. The sausage is freshly sausage, and seemed like it was local. The real shining star, was all the homemade baked goods. We took home two slices of apple pie. The slices were huge, equal to two slices anywhere else you would go. And it was completely fresh and amazing crust and flavor. Usually amazing food is enough, but the service was wonderful. Everyone working there was so friendly and warm. You can tell a lot of love goes into the cooking comb of the baking in the service. We are looking forward to making this our regular go to for any breakfast or lunch.
