I have visited this Subway before, at least once a week. Today was a bad experience with dark haired young woman making my ham and turkey sandwich. When adding my veggies she carefully counted 3 each, green peppers, black olives, and cucumbers. I shared alt cash register that I felt it she was cheating us. The young woman stated they are limited to 3 only veggies. I checked the Subway website and there is no standard listed by head quarters. In voicing my concern the young woman became loud and rude and ordered me out. I will not return to this store. read more

OMG. Please pick a different location. My partner and I ordered from this location last Saturday evening and we've never gotten worse food. NONE of the veggies we asked for were added and my partners sandwich didn't even have any meat! The sandwiches ended up being soggy bread with a random olive here and there and a squirt of sauce randomly. I'm in the service industry and I would NEVER let food go out looking like it did. The elderly lady who works here is very rude. She would not let me make other substitutions to the sandwich and I told her that that was odd because all the other subway locations let you make meat substitutions. I was hungry after a morning of shopping and running errands. I really enjoy the Subways tuna sandwich so I figured, why not? I found the is store to be especially clean. There were three women on duty. One took my order and made my sandwich. The second did the toppings and the third checked me out. All three were pleasant, conversational and well groomed. I wasn't in the store for more than ten minutes. The store is clean and well maintained. My sandwich was made just as I ordered it. I don't visit this particular store very often as I have a much closer store to my home. I enjoy how clean and efficient this place is. I like it's modern decor. read more

we've come to this subway before with no issues, but when we left today I was on the verge of tears. while this subway is almost always out of something, today there were only two options for meat, two options for cheese, and only five toppings to choose from. one of those options was salami, and they charged my brother $3.50 for it, but only put two slices on his 12 inch sandwich. not only that, but the staff were extremely short and rude to us the entire time. when we were paying and the tip screen came up, the lowest option was 15%. we tried to give a custom, much lower tip, but the minimum we could type was 10%. there were only four available sodas to choose from (including water) and halfway through filling up my soda, the machine completely stopped working and the staff refused to offer any assistance. while I would be more understanding of a situation like this during a big rush, my brother and I were the only people in there. absolutely ridiculous - 1/10 do NOT recommend read more

Have ordered countless times from this store. Ordered online today. Even called the store. When I got to the store they said DoorDash had already picked up the order. I didn't order from DoorDash. I ordered online using the Subway app. Despite showing the clerk my Subway online order, proved nothing ordered from DoorDash, and their own receipt says "Pickup" they refused to make the sandwiches. They did refund but said they never made a mistake. Worst service ever. Despite this being our local Subway and never a problem before we will find someplace else to go. By far the best Subway I have been to in all of Denver metro! I usually stop in for breakfast and love that they are always open on time, the dining room and food prep area are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. My go-to sandwich is the steak, egg, and cheese with lots of toppings and I can always count on the bread, meat, and vegetables looking and tasting fresh. Absolutely ridiculous service. Went in to get the buy one get one sub today I saw on a commercial and got told in store I had to order it online. I have never done that before and did my best to navigate through the app. When I ordered I never pressed a button that said toasted so I don't know if they are automatically set to this but politely went in and said that I didn't order them toasted and he made excuses and then finally said I guess we can remake them for you and told us we would have to wait. That was no problem I said. We went and sat down for ten minutes and waited only for "the manager" to call us up and say loud that he could do this for us this once but never again like we come in there often... My boyfriend got mad of course which he had the right because why would you call us up to be rude? He also got into a screaming match with my boyfriend and was telling him he wished he could call him a bitch but he didn't say the whole word. He then proceeded to say he is now refusing our service and was calling the cops. Over remaking a couple sandwiches!? I have been going to this store on Jewell & Wads for 18 years, and today the cashier with the long black hair was aggressive and hateful. My mentally handicapped daughter went into this store alone as she has for many years because it's been safe there. Today not so much. First time she has to come out and get me. She was very upset. My and our daughter in law and our grandchild stopped for lunch. They were told they had to leave someone outside because only 5 people allowed. When they tried talking to the manager she began yelling and said if they didn't like it they will call the cops and we can pay the fine because rules are rules. I would avoid this location. I've been here several times and everything has gone downhill significantly over the last couple years. The quality of ingredients, the workers, the cleanliness, all have gotten to the point where I won't go back anymore. The constant touching of their dirty face masks and handling money then not changing gloves is the most egregious thing. I'm far from a germaphobe and wouldn't care at all if they didn't wear masks, but that's the most basic rule of food handling. I ordered 3 trays about 48 hours in advance for a pre-wedding lunch in the mountains. I initially ordered 3 Fresh Fit trays but was then informed this would not provide enough sustenance for vegetarians (typical meat-eater mistake). The store was very kind about be subbing out a Fresh Fit tray for Classic Combo tray. I picked my order up about 10 minutes before the slated time and everything was ready to go. The team member was very sweet about me inspecting the trays before leaving (with the change and the high stakes wedding situation I didn't want to take any chances). Everything tasted great and I heard zero complaints. The owner, Cindy, even sent me a follow up email to make sure everything was up to par. The manager of the restaurant was horrible. She rolled her eyes at the employees. She was short with people. Since Jefferson County went red, dining in is not an option. Because dining in is not an option, I asked that the veggies for the sandwich be put on the side. So the bread would not get soggy when I got home. The manager said if she did that then she would have to charge me a salad. I told her I did not want extra veggies. Just enough for the sandwiches I ordered and that I did not want my bread to be soggy by the time I got home. She still said no. Smh read more

I work near here so i have lunch here often. Never had an issue, wait time is better than most. Went in today (8/25/2017) around noon with a small line of 2 in front of me, the workers already looked over it . These two (Diana & Marley) always look like they just hate their job.. Theres no need to be unhappy at a job. Plus attitude doesn't welcome customers . After handling cash, i asked in a discreat voice if Diana can wash her hands before finishing my sandwhich. Gloves or not, its a must. She responded with a confused face so i said it a bit louder, all i got was a dirty look and she went on to help someone else.. Cool, i thought.....
