I really enjoy eating at Jason's Deli. My coworkers and I have been coming here on Fridays as a group, and it has become one of our favorite lunch spots. The cafeteria-style dining area is always clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we never have trouble finding a place to sit. I've been here at least four or five times, and the food has been consistently good each visit. I especially enjoy the salad bar because it stays fresh and well stocked. Their huge baked potatoes are very filling, and the sandwiches I've tried have also been really good. One of the biggest reasons I enjoy coming here is because the service is fast and efficient. It used to be that anything you ordered from Jason's was delicious. You weren't afraid to try new things. Now?...it's a hit or miss on the level of disappointment you're going to receive. The soups are overly salted, to go orders are usually wrong and everything costs enough money to fund the next rocket launch into space. The Mediterranean Bowl I ordered was essentially a salad that tasted like misery and hospital food. The quinoa is unseasoned...plain, unseasoned and kind of mushy. The tiny pieces of pita it comes with are somewhere between soggy cracker and stale bread. It was hard, but not crunchy, you know? Between that and the 2 olives it comes with, it wasn't screaming Mediterranean meal to me, but whatever. Lesson learned. read more

Sorry to see some bad reviews as every business has some bad days or makes mistakes. But, my family eats here 1-3 times a month and the sandwiches are always pleasantly "overfilled" with fresh ingredients and for the prices they sure beat or compare to the subshops without the subtype sandwich. The salad bar is continuously refilled with fresh ingredients with a wide selection. Their sandwiches beat out the nearby sandwich shops. And the crew is very friendly and helpful. read more

I have eaten at Jason deli's many times before. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I ordered a chicken panini sandwich, soup and chips. (Managers Special). When I got my order the panini sandwich didn't look anything like the sandwich on the order board. It was pressed flat, enough so I spread the 2 pieces of bread apart to check and see what was in it. I have 4 quarter size pieces of chicken in it maybe 1/4" thick, a small tomato cheese and spinach. Pretty disappointing for a sandwich. The soup was barely warm at best. The chips were good however. When looking at the restaurant it was very dirty with food and dirt all over the floor. Looked like it hadn't been swept for a day or 2. Not what was expected at a Jason's Deli. I probably wouldn't go back to this Jason's for a while. read more

OK I'm gonna start off with a little bit of a rant. I believe that Customer Service is some thing that is carried out through your day. You smile at people you say hello somebody open the door for you to say thank you you walk into a business people should welcome you with open arms, knowing that you are there to visit their business and possibly Spend money so when I walk into a business and I see the front end person make eyes with my self in my guest not once but twice and did not say hello and when she approached the counter, she acted like it was such a big deal to be there, waiting on us. I told her we were there first time visitors, and if she could explain a little bit about the menu to us, it seemed very troublesome for her, eventually we ended up building our own sandwich which we did quite well and that was quite tasty roast beef with avocado, pickles and lettuce and spinach. Yum Yum Yum they have a salad bar they have free ice cream cones. We really enjoyed our food 100% couldn't find a clean table, but there was plenty of people behind the line that were chitchatting, just standing around, waiting for an order to come through other than that it was a very chill atmosphere. The food was very fresh and very tasty. We really enjoyed the seat by the window. We could see the mountains from where we were sitting at watch the storm roll in mind, I will give it another try only because the food was really fresh and delicious and hopefully it'll change my review . I have been eating at this location since around 1998 I believe. It generally does not disappoint me, sometimes the dining room is not as well picked up as others and the decor is seeing wear and tear but usually the food is very satisfying. But today I had one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. My go to is pastrami on rye with swiss, mustard, lettuce and tomato. I have probably eaten 100 of these sandwiches from this location with satisfaction. I walked in to order to go and took my meal back to my office. Staff was friendly and turned my order around quickly. First off I noticed a very small lettuce leaf and one half a slice of tomato but the real issue was that the pastrami was awful. It was tough to chew, was stringy and fatty. I couldn't chew through the sandwich and it fell part into my lap. It was not what my experience has ever been before. I am not sure if you changed vendors or something but man, please fix this issue. For the price this just not acceptable or enjoyable. read more

So iv eaten here 3 time's now and the sandwiches can be a hit or a miss. The Carmela sandwich was the best iv had here, the Santa Fe was pretty bland and the Reuben was the worst iv had in Colorado. I was told growing up you could really tell the quality of a place and their standards based on their Reuben sandwich and im here to inform you guys they lacked sauce making the whole experience awful. The sandwich was so dang dry and on top of that 15 dollar's!!! If you're going to charge a premium for a sandwich make the sandwich premium. I now can and wont ever get it there again and will tell my Reuben loving friend's to avoid Jason's deli if that's what they are looking for. Ordering online did not work as the app asks you to check out as a guest, then wants you to sign up for their "club". I chose to call in the order. Picked up, pleasant young lady checked me out. Drove the 5+ miles back home with my $18 muffuletta, lunch for the family. Born and raised in New Orleans, I'm pretty discerning about my. Muffuletta and in the past have found Jason's a reasonable facsimile of an original. This time we were all very disappointed. Very only ham, no salami, which I ordered, no provolone, no mozzarella, no bologna (yep, that's on the original) and WAY more olive salad than needed. The olive salad was passable, not great. All in all made me sad . I'll just have to wait to go back to NOLA to get a decent muffuletta. read more

They have homemade signs all over about "one time" at the salad bar vs it used to be the cost for buffet. The produce tasted off, so I'm not sure if it was bad or just cheap. We stopped into Jason's Saturday evening after church for a light dinner. I chose a salad and my husband chose a club sandwich. The food was attractively arranged on plates and was no way a "light" meal". Generous servings of really good food is what makes us designate Jason's our "go to" choice for spur of the moment eating out as we can depend on being totally satisfied. They were pretty busy with 3 girls behind the food station and a young guy on the cash register, but our order was promptly filled. I was so impressed how well these 4 worked together. The young man took walk up orders, served the takeout orders and answered phone calls, always wearing a smile. Two of the young women getting orders out at the food station worked quickly and were so in tune with each other, words were not even exchanged. Between customers, they kept moving, cleaning, cooking, just very busy. These 3 in particular, as well as a bus boy worked very hard for the 2 hours we were there. We were very impressed. Sandwiches vary in quality and size when different staff is present. No consistency. Sometimes the Ruben is stacked with corned beef, somrtimes half the meat. Often the chips that come with it are bottom of the bag slivers instead of whole chips. Salad bar is one pass due to corporate dictations. I recommend getting a salad "to go" and then load up the plastic container while leaving the lid open and then loading up the lid side with more salad and carrying it away without a lid. Brilliant. Overall a great place. Supply chain issues prevents a decent amount of crackers to be had and you have to ask for one. read more

We love a good salad bar and Jason's fits the bill. It's has a very good selection of vegetables and dressings to create a nice salad. We wish there were some soups on the salad bar, but otherwise it's pretty good. The sandwiches were tasty and the sides were fine, but the portions are small for the price charged. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a comfortable place for families but it is too expensive for a family to have a casual lunch or dinner. Four out of five stars! Beautiful, spacious and clean deli! I came in to order dinner as takeout. My order consisted of a corn beef sandwich, a new Ireland style sandwich and dessert of a strawberry sponge cake with whipped cream. Everything was delicious however the corn beef and strawberries were slightly dry(out too long). The good thing is that the corn beef tasted so similarly to my favorite kind in Canada! I stopped in after receiving a $5 off coupon via email for my birthday. It had been a while since I've been to a Jason's Deli but it never disappoints. I ordered a Caprese panini with fruit and a drink to go. The cashier and other workers behind the counter were really friendly, they told me where to wait for my to go order and pointed the direction to the drinks and told me to help myself to ice cream as well while I waited. The food came out quickly and was good quality. All of the ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. I would return to this location again! read more

I couldn't make a decision on what I wanted, but I kept noticing their advertisements for egg salad sandwiches. I eventually decided to order one. To my surprise, it was a mistake! Jason's Deli will always be known to me as the place that's got THE BEST homemade chicken salad. Unless I was wrong, I remember it used to have pine nuts in the chiclen salad, but the last time I had it, it was almonds... Nevertherless, I enjoy the pineapple tibits they add in so much I'd keep coming back for that. Would love to find a copycat recipe! The way you can customize and make your own salad/sandwich is great, but I also wish they would feature more of their creations. I always thought the free frozen yogurt was a nice gesture even though I prefer soft serv somewhere else, it's still Jason's way of thanking their customers! Recently, I discovered another item worth coming back for, that is their fruit dip, a sour cream based concoction that's very refreshing. Probably one of the best lunch spots in the area and an incredible value. It's a deli, so you know what you're getting in terms of fresh sandwiches, soups, and salad. But the salad bar is truly why you should be coming here. If you're either dining in or carrying out, the salad bar has an incredibly wide spread and is way better than your typical office/university salad bar. Of course there are the staples of spinach, lettuce, all the veggies you could want (including beets, which is a gold mine for some people). But Jason's Deli also offers various olive spreads and mixes, peppers, crackers with either cheese or multi-grain/seed, and so much more. The bread pudding is to die for. And don't forget to get the soft serve ice cream, which is available to all customers. read more

It's a three star because the people were so nice. Otherwise I wasn't really impressed. The Newyorker sandwich was very dry and I couldn't really taste the spicy mustard. I started looking around and the tables seem to look quite dirty but the chair seats, the legs of the chairs and the backs looked filthy.
