When I brought it to the staff's attention, the manager, who was in the middle of interviewing a potential employee, returned to tell me: "No, we don't grab that -- we don't pull the fries in there when they say no salt." That response is unacceptable and makes absolutely no sense. If the option for no salt is offered, it should be honored -- especially for customers who have dietary needs or preferences. It's extremely frustrating to spend my time and hard-earned money -- traveling from Washington, DC to Lanham -- only to receive food I cannot consume.
