He was a tall skinny small bearded very flamboyant man that took our order at the regester. He had an attude problem. When he took our order he kept rushing us asking us if we was done and anything else in a rude attitude. Before we left we couldn't see the garbage can and asked him if we leave the stuff on our table or do we clean it up and throw it away somewhere? Being our first time here we did not know how it worked. With an attude the same rude guy response to that was "NO, you clean up your own mess. If you leave it on the table we will charge you". I don't know how he was planning on charging us? We cleaned up our table and left. We will still be back in the future and recommend the food here, but Burger Express management please fire the guy working the register. You don't need rude people working at your business.

I explained that I get sick from meat and I need it separate (if I can't substitute meat for a hash brown, and have to pay for it, my dogs might as well get it). She finally went back and asked the kitchen. Never got me my receipt (another employee did after I kept waiting). When I did get my food I started eating, but when I went for my hash brown, the meat was sitting on top (meat patty on top of my potato patty). I went and requested a replacement only to be told they were out. No apology, no trying to fix it, and no concern that my sensitivity (not quite an allergy but I still get very sick) was ignored. This is a fast food chain, surly it couldn't have been that hard to attempt to fix the issue. Or maybe have better customer service.

A little over a decade ago Libby had a Mexican restaurant that was literally 5 Star authentic food ( seriously, I have travelled all over the U.S. and Mexico and experienced some of the best Mexican food available and it was some of the best) with no-holds-barred spicing and it barely squeaked by until it went out of business; Libby likes PLAIN and near TASTELESS food. That being said, the "plain" food at Rosita's is of decent quality for those who like "plain" in spite of your palate's desperate search to find a punch of flavor in it. Unfortunately, we will rarely go back (only in a pinch) because the PRICES charged are OUTRAGEOUS for what is essentially a fast food restaurant....example, $18 for 3 tiny tacos and maybe a 1/4 cup each of rice and beans. Frankly, and sad to say, Taco Bell is a better value and at least has FLAVOR.
