I ordered a TURKEY BACON "RANCH" sandwich for lunch, but it wasn't ranch -- more like some kind of honey mustard. I don't have time to come back and get it remade. When I called, they told me they can't do anything unless I bring the sandwich back right now. I said, "I can't do that, and gas isn't free!" They just said, "Oh well, that's our policy." So basically, they can mess up your food and still expect you to pay for it! I'm really tired of places making mistakes and expecting the customer to pay for them. This was at the Hammond location. The sandwich cost $15 and was ruined. Yes, I got frustrated because they kept saying it's their policy. But the policy should be to make sandwiches correctly or at least not inconvenience customers. Then some guy on the phone said he was the manager. When I asked for his name, he started saying this is ridiculous and kept cutting me off. Meanwhile, a girl in the background called someone else and said there was a lady on the phone having a full-on meltdown. I wasn't upset until they got rude to me, cutting me off saying "oh well," and expected me to just drop everything and rush back. They basically told me, "Well, I messed up, and you need to come back to fix it, otherwise you're out of luck." The guy said, "Ma'am, sorry, but we're busy!"
