We had some time before we had family dinner for Easter, and while my girlfriend was waiting in line for Starbucks, I decided to grab a sandwich from Subway. Got in, and there was only one person in front me so I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. I wanted to keep it simple, so I went with turkey and provolone on a multigrain footlong bread, lightly toasted. While everything tasted as expected for Subway, I gotta say the bread wasn't smushed and held its shape better than most subway's I've been to in the Bay. I do have to say though, the veggies didn't look fresh. The lettuce and spinach looks a bit sad, but it did what it needed to do. $13-14 for a footlong turkey sandwich, I guess that's just what it cost nowadays. Far cry from the OG $5 footlongs but at least they have daily specials which are the best way to get the most for your money. read more

This subway can shut down! It sucks major especially the management and the owner or who ever controls the prices here. They don't take the coupons that come in the mail their specials are marked up. This place sucks. Shut this rip off subway down and put a Togos or panera ! read more

I ordered through DoorDash and they screwed up our order and the restaurant fixed it with no charge. We will be back as they have great customer care! Usually it's good service but today 05/18/2021 I ordered 3 foot longs and instead of writing my order on a piece of paper they wrote it on my sandwich wrapper. The reason I know that is the evidence when I unwrapped my sandwich. gross. I'll be taking my business to Turlock from now on. read more

In this crazy stupid time in our lives, these two ladies working on 4-16-20, made my sandwich perfectly. Did I say perfectly? I meant, PERFECTLY!!!! I hate mayonnaise, and can't stand cucumbers. However, a turkey with pepper jack cheese on 9-grain wheat with extra veggies, extra mustard, and jalapeños, light vinegar and oil, lightly salted and peppered, seems to be an issue when ever and where ever I order. My Subway lady, Maria, in Merced, she the only one who KNOWS how to make a sammich, that is until today. So this isn't the first time this has happened, I'm just sure I'm not the only one....so like most of us, to make things easier, I've downloaded the App to place pick up orders much quicker. I ordered a Black Forest Ham and Turkey sandwich, requested and paid for double meat and this is the shit I bite into when I get home....and then they wonder why people get upset. Purchased 2 footlong sandwiches. Presented a Subway coupon for 2 footlongs for $12.99 to the cashier. Was told by the cashier that they don't accept coupons. Needless to say, their register had a scanner for coupons. The cashier explained that it was the owner's discretion not to accept coupons. Give me a break...bunch of cheapskates! The evening staff is horrible at making sandwiches. I ordered it twice to give it a second chance and still the same results. I had asked for a toasted sandwich, but they barely toasted it. They threw all the veggies on one side & the meat on one side. Sandwich wasn't even holding together. The bread was so floppy everything was falling out. Also their meat was not warmed up either. Livingston is our halfway point on our drive from home to the Bay area and back. This Subway has become our go to place because of their clean facility, order accuracy, product freshness and friendly staff. As long as we have to make these drives, I see us always using this subway as our pit stop. read more

Went there last night around 7:30 and the sandwich I ordered was not as good as I remember, all the veggies had a soggy-like feel. I go here pretty often during my lunch, and I use the drive through, and every time I've been there is at least 5 people working in there, no one will acknowledge you at the pay window or look at you for an average of 10 minutes. very poor wait time if you are using the drive through read more

First time going to this subway location, first time going to their drive thru. I visited there 1/6/ around 9:30am, with one other vehicle behind me and no one inside. Ordered a footlong bacon egg & cheese on flatbread with toppings ( provolone, green peppers, onion, cucumber, spinach, chipotle mayo, tomato, and eggwhite option). Instead i received it with lettuce and no cheese. Oh and no receipt. For those who eat sandwiches *sarcasm*, we like certain ingredients, that is what makes the sandwich, that is what our tastebuds want to taste. Greens and cheese play a significantly important role in a sandwich. On top of that, it was the manager who made the sandwich himself, as I was watching him while I waited maybe max 10 mins from order to pick up. Huge disappointment especially when I was already back on the road (located right off the freeway) when I opened up my sandwich to find this mess-up of an order. Very disappointed with the service we received here. Took the kids to grab dinner, ordered a simple cheese and lettuce sandwich. The lady making the sandwich was politely asking what we wanted in the sandwich, her rude coworker (who had her own customer to attend to) was commenting on how the lady was making our sandwich, she told her "only one piece of cheese". I asked we are only asking for cheese and lettuce can you put the second piece, and the girl replies "we will have to charge you extra for it." At this time I should have left without the food, but I allowed the nice one to continue to help us. When we were ready to pay, the rude girl took off her gloves from helping her customer, and proceeded to then ring me up. We ordered two kids meals, other subways give the kids two cookies with the meal, this rude chick put one smashed up cookie in each of the bags for my kids. WE WILL NEVER go back here. read more
