I wasn't sure which pie to get-they have so many to pick from. Checking out the options in the bakery case didn't help because they all looked so beautiful. I ended up selecting peach, and it was amazing. The peaches were perfectly caramelized but still maintained their texture. The bake of the pie brought out their ultimate peachiness. The crust was just the right thickness. Even though it was a cold slice, the crust remained flakey. The cafe had ample seating. Service was attentive, but not overbearing. Pricing is on the high end, but I'm not sure how much that is because food is so expensive now-a-days. I was a bit surprised to see sandwich combos (with a side) all starting at around $20, and going up from there. It was after 2 in the afternoon, so the bakery had several 50% off boxes of baked goods to select. Four large cookies for I believe $12 or so (I could be wrong). There weren't too many options left in the bakery cases. I would love to see what this place offers when it first opens. Stay tuned for an update once I get that chance.

First off, I am only giving this 3 stars because the workers are excellent at their service. The staff always makes me feel welcome. I came in yesterday on Friday around 3 pm and the boy and girl working were super friendly and accommodating even though I ordered 4 sandwiches. However, the older gentleman, who I believe is the owner is extremely moody all the time and always sighs whenever I want to change something. He's been there a few times when I've gone in and he is always upset. I came in today on a Saturday and there were two girls working. One of the girls was the one that was working Friday and she gave me great service. However the other girl was extremely slow and mixed up my two sandwiches together when they had different toppings. Very disappointed and she didn't even offer to get me new bread! All she did was take off the toppings. Horrible service! Because of her, I am most likely not returning for awhile. Also I have noticed that I've been charged for small things such as bacon or avocado that I didn't even have. Overall, it is a fresh place and the service (if you get the actual good employees) is top notch. read more

This particular store is run by a good management. The sandwiches are consistently good and enjoyable. The service is mostly friendly and fast (unless you get a newbie). The owner of this franchise is a hardworking guy with good customer service standard. They slice the deli at your order. This is their theme. The seating is acceptable for a deli kind of place. Above all, they seem to respect the sanitation aspects of food handling and the place is pretty clean, unlike all other Port of Subs in town, which are run by different franchise owners (Indians!). They do have WiFi service here. You'll need the passcode from the cashier. It's a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Down street from this joint is Raley's Deli (inside the supermarket). the price there is slightly lower but the quality is higher at this Port of Subs. read more

This place is not good. The sandwhiches are okay. The bread is way to doughy. But where my problem is, is with the manager. He is a complete jerk. I've watched him treat his employees like crap and humiliate them in front of customers during the lunch hour. Rolling his eyes and walking away when one asked a simple question, you can tell she was new and still learning. I dont think its okay to treat people with disrespect. You can tell he has absolutely no patients. So for that i will never go here again and i will inform everyone i know to stop going there as well. Subway, togos, and quiznos are much better sandwhich places and have much better customer service. This guy shouldnt be running a business. Hopefully it will end soon. read more

Went in today for lunch and it was empty. I was recommended this shop by a friend. The young teenage girl with light hair who helped me was amazing and awesome at recommendating and giving information on the sandwiches! Great customer service and fast too! I ordered the #1 with smokey cheddar and it was super tasty! Great with chipotle mayo, light lettuce and pickles. Will definitely be returning soon! read more

Its a ok spot to eat if you want to try something different.. But just go to Quiznos get the real deal. I probably wont be back.. read more
