I ordered my friend and I some food from here on 03/22/2026. Once we got the food it was cold, and kind of disgusting. I wasn't expecting the best from them but it was the only thing open at the time. The next morning my friend and I both were sick, (trigger warning) we both were vomiting, experiencing stomach cramps so bad my friend couldn't even move without her stomach hurting, and diarrhea. My symptoms have went away but hers are still ongoing and it is now 2 days almost 3 days later. I'm not sure if we got food poisoning but I'm assuming we did because of our symptoms!! The employees were nice, not an issue with them whatsoever. The inside was clean as-well. But the food? Horrid, I've had Carl's Jr plenty of times but this restaurant specifically needs to fix themselves. read more

This place is very dirty, the people are so rude the prices on this establishment are outrageous 3.00 for a small drink that is always flat... do not recommend this place at all! I went to buy a hamburger today early morning and the lady in the drive thru barely wanted to stick her hand out the window and to top it off the fries were just warmed up again from the day before. Service was ok, but we spoke English and the Indian girl couldn't understand the word napkin for some reason,saying it 5 or 6 times gets old,real fast. The fries tasted like they been on the heat lamp for hours, my employee discount was not activated after I asked (I got 10 cents off my 11 dollar meal?). This is a decent fast food restaurant, decent burgers. I like the grilled cheese bacon burger which actually isn't on the menu anymore, but you can still get it. Staff is generally good and friendly. This location had super friendly professional service, but the food was very disappointing. I ordered the famous burger. The burger looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The few pieces of small lettuce on the burger was completely flat and wilted, the tomato ( the one lonely quarter size piece) was thin and wilted, and it was topped off with one lonely thin wilted pickle. My husband ordered the double jalapeno burger and asked to add bacon. His burger was pretty much in the same shape as mine and NO bacon. The funny thing is we told them this was our first time at a Carls Jr. You think they would have stepped up their game. Luckily the dumpster was nearby to toss out most of the food and a Jack in the Box next door. My burger at Jack was like the picture nice big crunchy chunk of lettuce that covered the whole patty instead of small pieces melded into the bun, large slice of tomato and several pickles. I think I would try Carl's Jr. one more time, just in case the problem was with this location. read more

We stopped here on our way home for some quick dinner. We ordered burritos, and a kids meal for our daughter. The food was AWFUL!! Beans were flavorless, and there was barely any cheese in our burritos. In top of that we paid over $32 for 4 burritos, a kids meal and two drinks! Its simply over-priced garbage food!!! When you grab your burger and the bun completely crumbles apart you know there's a problem. Then the burger is ice cold. I was inside the restaurant. It came out of the kitchen cold immediately. I will NEVER go back to this place. I ordered my daughter a kids meal with chicken tenders. They gave her jalapeño poppers(which are disgusting) instead of the chicken. The bun on my burger was so stale,I don't even know how many days old it was. But it was BAD. The fries had obviously been sitting under the warmer for at least an hour. Great staff. I didn't have any problems with them... The girl at the register help me pick out a burger,she was friendly. Restroom are clean so was the dinning area. Any way my meal was ready very quickly. They brought it out to me. Cool. Burger,fries,and milkshake tasted great to me. Carl's has always treated me best, and this location was no different. The restaurant is clean and the food was tasty, but the service was rude. Hubby asked the register girl (young, pretty Asian girl) if the gravy was good, and she kind of snarled and said, "I don't know. It's gravy." Then she proceeded to have an unpleasant conversation with a coworker about not being able to get anyone to cover a shift on the weekend, right in front of us, while she was waiting on us. She said no one wants to work the weekend. So hubby says, "but you're here," and she snapped, "only because I'm already on the schedule." It was really unprofessional. read more

Food- Their food is good, but their prices are somewhat higher that other fast food places. I hate that they never fill up the fries all the way. Sometimes they are even filled up half way. I have ordered their 5 piece chicken tenders many times and have only gotten one little cup of ranch even though they can give you two. I hate that I have to ask for two, otherwise I will only get one that is filled up only halfway. Service- Most of the time friendly, but sometimes you get employees that are rude. Their speed is usually not as fast as other fast food places, it's slower. One time my husband and I drove up to the drive thru window and night and there was about 4 cars in front of us and 1 behind us. We were all there for about 15 minutes and no cars moved. I am not sure what was happening inside the restaurant that the service was really slow. (For some reason it ocurred to me that the employees were making out???, sleeping, don't think so). The car behind us started honking really bad and then all of the other cars started honking too(including us).About 5-7 minutes more passed when the car behind us started to go in reverse and so did we. We pulled out of the drive thru lane and went across the street to Jack in the box. This incident was about 2 to 3 years ago. I still go there once in a while, but what keeps me from going there is the fries issue. I love their fries and hate that they only fill them half way. read more
