I ordered my friend and I some food from here on 03/22/2026. Once we got the food it was cold, and kind of disgusting. I wasn't expecting the best from them but it was the only thing open at the time. The next morning my friend and I both were sick, (trigger warning) we both were vomiting, experiencing stomach cramps so bad my friend couldn't even move without her stomach hurting, and diarrhea. My symptoms have went away but hers are still ongoing and it is now 2 days almost 3 days later. I'm not sure if we got food poisoning but I'm assuming we did because of our symptoms!! The employees were nice, not an issue with them whatsoever. The inside was clean as-well. But the food? Horrid, I've had Carl's Jr plenty of times but this restaurant specifically needs to fix themselves. read more

This place is very dirty, the people are so rude the prices on this establishment are outrageous 3.00 for a small drink that is always flat... do not recommend this place at all! Seriously need new management and new stafff and new building basically hasn't been cleaned at all just not a place to recommend ever food is good but I highly doubt it clean in the back where they make it! This place was not busy. Not very customer oriented. I ordered sandwich and a drink. Didn't get what I asked for. She was charging me for a combo after she had asked if I wanted a combo and I said no. I said light ice in the soda and it was packed with ice. Very expensive meal. read more

Worst service. Repeated my order 5 times and still got it wrong. Received the smallest piece of chicken on my sandwich which I paid $15 for my meal. Location was out of small cups and ranch. Service slow and not attentive. Nor do they pay the minimum amount of attention to what you ordered. read more

Wow! I called this place to let them know my burger is raw inside. And the Guy that picked up was like "Hello?...hello??? ...hello? acting like he didn't hear me!? I told him my burger is undercooked and very pink inside and could get me sick.. he still answered back "hello...hello...?" i was very loud and clear. Then i heard laughing in the back.. Unbelievable! This is the first time I have been condemned to write a review for a fast food joint. Every other restaurant I've been indifferent about or have had bad experiences but this time it's different. I went here yesterday around 8 and was rung up by a very friendly girl with glasses. Her name began with a "G" and I am unsure of how to spell it but she was incredible. The whole time she was incredibly sweet and was patient with me the whole time. After I ordered my burger and sat down she brought it to me and let me tell you this burger looked incredible. Everything looked exactly how it should very neatly stacked and tasted amazing. I can't put it into words this worker was just incredibly nice and I feel she deserves to be praised for the effort she puts into working!!!! read more

It looks pretty clean inside, weren't very many customers at the time either. Service was ok, but we spoke English and the Indian girl couldn't understand the word napkin for some reason,saying it 5 or 6 times gets old,real fast. The blue cheese hot sauce burger didn't really look appealing to the eyes but it really did taste good. The taquitos were on a bed of chopped iceberg lettuce, with cheese and some kind of sauce on top; it most definitely tasted thawed out,it was pretty bad. read more

I went to buy a hamburger today early morning and the lady in the drive thru barely wanted to stick her hand out the window and to top it off the fries were just warmed up again from the day before. Ate Carl's Jr at this location and was not pleased. The fries tasted like they been on the heat lamp for hours, my employee discount was not activated after I asked (I got 10 cents off my 11 dollar meal?). The superstar burger was a little soggy and looked nothing like pictures portrayed. Yes, I understand the pictures are very much far fetched but this one was just bad. This is a decent fast food restaurant, decent burgers. I like the grilled cheese bacon burger which actually isn't on the menu anymore, but you can still get it. Staff is generally good and friendly. The only complaint is that Carl's Jr prices seem higher than other fast food restaurants. read more

This location had super friendly professional service, but the food was very disappointing. I ordered the famous burger. The burger looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The few pieces of small lettuce on the burger was completely flat and wilted, the tomato ( the one lonely quarter size piece) was thin and wilted, and it was topped off with one lonely thin wilted pickle. My husband ordered the double jalapeno burger and asked to add bacon. His burger was pretty much in the same shape as mine and NO bacon. The funny thing is we told them this was our first time at a Carls Jr. You think they would have stepped up their game. Luckily the dumpster was nearby to toss out most of the food and a Jack in the Box next door. My burger at Jack was like the picture nice big crunchy chunk of lettuce that covered the whole patty instead of small pieces melded into the bun, large slice of tomato and several pickles. I think I would try Carl's Jr. one more time, just in case the problem was with this location. read more

2 for 2.50 sausage egg biscuits! Great deal for breakfast! I ordered 4 with cheese and biscuits and gravy. Quick and fresh biscuits.

The morning shift are super nice and bring the food out fast always take care of use.

We stopped here on our way home for some quick dinner. We ordered burritos, and a kids meal for our daughter. The food was AWFUL!! Beans were flavorless, and there was barely any cheese in our burritos. In top of that we paid over $32 for 4 burritos, a kids meal and two drinks! Its simply over-priced garbage food!!! I usually like Carl's Jr. but this location needs some improvement!!! My burger was way overcooked!!!! The onion rings were so OVERCOOKED they were dark brown and the onions inside were just mushy!! They were terrible!!! The place was clean and the service was ok. It seemed like they didn't care when i complained. They made me another order of onion rings and they were still overdone, not as bad as the first ones but still overdone. I will not return to this location in the future.... read more

Great staff. I didn't have any problems with them... The girl at the register help me pick out a burger,she was friendly. Restroom are clean so was the dinning area. Any way my meal was ready very quickly. They brought it out to me. Cool. Burger,fries,and milkshake tasted great to me. Carl's has always treated me best, and this location was no different. When you grab your burger and the bun completely crumbles apart you know there's a problem. Then the burger is ice cold. I was inside the restaurant. It came out of the kitchen cold immediately. Obviously no cared about the food so I was even gonna get into it about getting the $25 dollars back for two basic meals. Single burgers with medium sizes. How did two meals get so expensive??? I will NEVER go back to this place. I ordered my daughter a kids meal with chicken tenders. They gave her jalapeño poppers(which are disgusting) instead of the chicken. The bun on my burger was so stale,I don't even know how many days old it was. But it was BAD. The fries had obviously been sitting under the warmer for at least an hour. They tasted like they just through them back in the fryer to "freshen" them up, which ended up making them taste like garbage. Next time I'll be going across the street to Jack in the box. read more
