Solid sandwich, fresh ingredients, service was ok! The environment was clean and has great natural light

The food is normal. The store is not loud. The customer service however is really bad. I came in today and ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 drink. The lady refused to accommodate my request to just order a side of tuna. Which I have ordered at many other subways before. This lady said with a really bad attitude. "No, we don't do that here! Do you still want the sandwich?!?" There was no other customers in the store so there was reason to rush but it was like she was annoyed that she had to make the tuna sandwich or she was shocked by the request. She had a strong accent, maybe she was annoyed to be working there, not sure, but no need to give paying customers bad attitude. Will not be back here. Run far away from this place! read more

The food is mediocre( the bread is terrible very dense no freshness at all) But what i want to focus on is the customer service. I've been here multiple times as i live in the area. Every time I go the store im ""greeted"" by the petite , short and red haired hispanic lady. She is one of the most disrespectful employees I've ever met period. I ordered online right as I walked into the door(Mind you I was the only customer at the time) and I stand there waiting for my sandwich. she then berates me asking what do I need and asking ehy I'm stand there. I then calmly communicate with her that Im just waiting for my online order. She then says ok and that I need to step to the side and that I don't need to watch. saying that I shouldn't watch the creation of MY OWN ORDER? the best part is despite the ridiculousness that I hear from her I continue to watch and to no surprise she messes up my order completely, which I promptly and calmly let her know. Instead making her remake my sandwich(which I had every right to do) I instead just tell her its fine. Had I not been watching which she had been so passionately against me doing I woulda got a completely messed up order. She continues her rude behavior but at this point I'm over it, fast forward to her bagging the goods, she rudely says" Here take it, leave now!" as if I caused her any distress which I hadn't but If i wanted to I would've completely in the right to do so. I may add it seems that everybody that work there is like this as I've seen the employees argue with each other many times, I only go to this location out of convenience. Raul is a great worker though, he's a young man and still seems to enjoy his job and still has passion unlike his contemporaries. Ive never left a review on a store no matter how bad the situation is but Im so upset at my treatment on top the fact Im already having a bad day aswell as this is a repeated behavior. read more

Subway Corp office needs to give some attention to how this store is being run by the manager Lupe and owner Mr. Pardeep Bhatia. After multiple interactions with Manager Lupe, I came to conclusion it's in her nature to be rude, mean and disrespectful. First time when I asked if I could have fresher tomato slices from the bottom instead of stale, she got irritated and flooded my sandwich with mayo, when I mentioned how am I supposed to eat this sloppy sandwich, she started raising her voice. Another time my wife placed an order over doordash, and I went to pick it up, she said I did not receive the order, I asked her to verify, again she got irritated and told me to get out. Very Clean Subway. Went in today and Jose assisted me. He handled the subway sandwich generously. The food was fresh and organized. He was very professional he asked if I wanted to purchase chips or other items. The only issue is parking in front but they do have parking available in the back. I strongly suggest this Subway verses other in my area. read more

Ordered two subs - the "Outlaw" which turned out to be a small amount of stringy meat and enough heat to make you sweat on a dry roll. The other was a cold cut sub however it was inedible due to the enormous amount of mayo spilling out everywhere. Truly disgusting. read more

Extremely rude store manager. Ordered through DoorDash, and apparently they didn't receive the order. When I asked for more information, she got extremely rude, and started screaming. Actually screaming! Filed complaint through the website, and will definitely follow-up. No one should be treated so poorly for any services. read more

I came in during lunch time and there was an extremely long line out the door. Despite the wait, the manager was so high spirited- double checking that orders were, being attentive to the crew (who I could tell some were new). It put a smile on my face to see that despite some rude customers the manager and staff handled them well and got out the orders in a timely manner. read more

Please understand the concept of the gloves. Do not touch anything else but the food with gloves on. Ie...the oven, money, credit cards...and please do not walk out from the back room with your gloves on and start making sandwiches. Best subway I have gone to. Friendly, efficient service and they are generous with toppings (asking for extra cucumbers means getting another helping of cucumbers, instead of just ONE, as in many other Subways I've ordered at before). The restaurant is always spotless and the veggies always look fresh and crisp. My family and I actually look forward to meals here! read more

This subway location always has great customer service and fresh ingredients! They don't skimp on the portions which is nice. This place doesn't allow pets, which I totally understand why they don't. But, I've witnessed an occasion where one of the workers was willing to walk outside to take a customer's order who had a dog and walk back inside to make the order on behalf of the customer, and walk back out to deliver the order to the dog owner. I've only been here twice. Both times I've had bad service. Today, young lady helped me another woman was by the door sweeping. No acknowledgement what so ever. After making my sandwich, and ringing me up, the woman grabbed the receipt and held it in my face not saying a word. Just stood there with her hand out looking away until I took it. So I snatched it and left. There was no thanks or have a nice day or eye contact what so ever. It's not hard to look someone in the face and say hello and say have a nice day. My job requires me to do it constantly. They can do much better here. I only came to this location because this is the only subway I can find in my area. Wish there was another one. :/ read more

I used to really like ordering from here. It was one of my favorite Subways. However, about 3 months ago, I stopped in around 8pm. I noticed the veggie containers were very low and didn't look as clean and full as they normally would be. It appeared that they were closing but they do not close until 10pm. I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese with lettuce, onions and mayonnaise. Later that night, I felt really ill. I realized I got food poisoning. I had all of the symptoms. I'm not going to go into detail because of the graphic nature of the situation. I've never had food poisoning in my life. I only knew what is was because my friend had it before and explained to me what he went through. I knew it had to be the sandwich because I only had spaghetti earlier that day with my wife and she didn't get food poisoning. I haven't been able to eat at any other Subway since and I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat at any Subway again. I was hesitant to leave a negative review. However, I live right around the corner and I'm reminded by that one experience every time I drive by. read more
