In the time that road construction begins anywhere in New Mexico, The Black Death (a bubonic plague pandemic that occurred in Europe from 1346 to 1353) would have came and went. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager, Claudia, was uncomfortable. Instead of a simple adjustment or solution, we were told that adding more cherry would require an extra charge. I tried to clarify that I wasn't asking for "extra," only for the drinks to taste as they normally do. Given that this location has been known to make frequent mistakes, we honestly assumed the cherry may have been left out. The conversation became unexpectedly tense. She was behaving absolutely ridiculous and nasty. When I asked about a refund instead, I was told that refunds were not given. I also requested the owner's contact information and she told me she wouldn't give it to me. This review isn't about cherry, it's about the customer service experience. Small issues happen at any business. What matters is how they are handled. A more solution-oriented and courteous response would have made this a simple fix rather than a negative experience.
