There were t-shirts and other items for sale on one side and refrigerated meals on the other. One entrance is for grab-and-go items. The other is for deliveries. THE GRUB Since my daughter had been sick, I decided to pop in for some quick meals as she has had me slaving away being a nurse which frankly I never had any desire to be. We tried three different lunches. On each individually-packed breakfast, lunch & or dinner are the nutritional benefits and ingredients. + buffalo chicken salad ($12.99) + pesto chicken pasta with sliced asparagus ($13.99)... there was an abundance of flavor! + shrimp tacos ($13.99) LITTLE YELPER'S CLUB No small kid's meals! However, this place is mainly catered to the adult palate... SERVICE I was helped by a mostly affable young lady on 2/1/2024. I would have liked more of a welcoming & explaining of what the place was about to be honest. Really great food and really convenient! I'm in Hobbs for out of town work for about a month and I cannot eat out every day nor do I have time to cook and meal prep I also left a lot and I'm all about healthy eating and counting my macros and this hits PERFECT. Really affordable and great services, just walking into the place you feel how great it is, highly recommend it to anyone that's in my situation or just wants to eat better and be in better health. Found this place by pure luck. I was just walking around while having a stereo installed in my Jeep. It was a Saturday, so the shop was closed, but it caught my attention so I google it later when I had a chance. I read the menu, purchase options, and decided to give it a try. Ordering online for the first time can be a little challenging if you have special requests or modifications to the meal, so I went to the shop and spoke to them in person. Very friendly and helpful. I've only had my first week worth of meals and so far everything is good to very good. I haven't had anything that I felt I had to force myself to eat. I actually look forward to my next prepped meal every day. I did call and make minor changes to my plan to get more of the "very good" meals. My request was accepted so I'm really looking forward to next week. Prices are not bad at all. When you consider that you don't have to go shopping, no cooking, no cleaning, no wasted food...just heat and eat. The price of a prepped meal is about the same as a fast food meal, but so much healthier. I'm hoping this business continues to strive so that I can continue to eat healthy for a long time. It's wonderful that this company is working to encourage healthy living and eating in the Hobbs area! I was SO excited to learn about a meal prep service here in town where I could not only preorder foods, but also go get foods on the fly. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly. They also have a membership program and promotions for discounted meals should you purchase a certain number. The meals are a decent price and not too expensive. Okay, now for the not-so-positive part of the review. The food is bland Maybe I got spoiled by the previous meal prep place in my hometown, but I wanted soooo badly to enjoy the foods they offered. It just tastes unseasoned. Seasoning doesn't affect the macros, so add more, y'all! They also don't label the meals with the macros. Sure, they tell you the macros are listed on the website and in the menus, but when I'm out and about (you, know....the whole purpose of having meal preps is for convenience and time saving), I'm not interested in stopping to google what my macros are when the container is literally right in front of me. With that being said, I'm really rooting for this small business to thrive in this town. Being in the health industry is hard enough, especially in a town like Hobbs where health-consciousness isn't always at the forefront.
