Not difficult to find with the purple and white stripes. I know it happens, but it's gross to see a rat trap in front of the building. And hoards of pigeons hang out above the covered parking where I had to position my trusty Jeep to wait for my food. The other thing I was irritated by was there was no visible menu at the drive-thru window. THE GRUB I asked about the Pancho burger which did not have a description on the menu the nice employee handed me. He said, "double meat, double cheese with green chili, ketchup and mustard..." I stopped him. "I'll take one of those without ketchup and mustard. Add mayo." When I got it, it was smaller than anticipated for it being $10.70 with a small drink. The meat tasted a bit weird to me. They went skimpy on the veggies. I barely had any lettuce. Nothing else. LITTLE YELPER'S CLUB I don't recall seeing a kid's menu. The complimentary chips and salsa were tasty although I wish the salsa was a bit thicker and not so watery. The queso we ordered was great with the chips. I got 3 tacos, one barbacoa, one asada, and one carnitas, and there was plenty of meat as well as onions and cilantro. So good! The salsa went very well with the tacos as well. The atmosphere there is really fun with plenty of seating and I would definitely go back there again with either coworkers or customers. We had approximately 50 people. + "EXECUTIVE" plan - Includes three meats, two sides, bread, pickles, sauce (3 variations: mild, sweet & sour, & spicy) and place settings. + We chose ribs, brisket, turkey, scalloped potatoes, mac n cheese... + this package also came with sliced jalapeños & onions + Additionally we ordered 50 dinner rolls (everyone loved these) + 20 corn cobbettes + 1 ranch broccoli super spud (I mean they are HUGE potatoes LOL) + large plain cheese pizza (separate charge from BCP but same delivery) Our delivery went great by one solo employee. My significant other helped him. Our bill came out to $1,055.14. No deposit was required. They simply asked that I call in on the day of the delivery to provide a card number over the phone. This restaurant took over the old Mail Services building which I was sad to see go, but this is a very welcome restaurant in this small town indeed. Imagine a much more hip version of the chain Chipotle or the now closed down Freebirds World Burritos in Lubbock, TX. The set up is similar. Start on the left side when you walk in and just tell the crew what you want. Pay at the end of the line at the register before dining in or taking your order to-go. They have breakfast burritos, build your own burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas, tacos, and "Beast Bags" which entais your choice of Doritos, Hot Cheetos, Tostitos, Takis, or Fritos. You can add your choice of meat, beans, queso, lettuce, pico, shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Kids meals were available. A chicken taco was $9.99 and a chicken quesadilla - the same price.
