This has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant ever. Doesn't matter if you go inside or thru drive through... the employees move sooooo slow and the wait is always forever. Thus us the second time I have been to this drive thru. There is a paper bag over the speaker with printed "Drive thru closed." Driving to window I speak to a young woman who told me that she can't take my order. I ask to speak to her manager who tells me I have to go in and order. I will not go back. I would give this a no star rating but that's not possible. Placed an online order and upon arriving at the store the bread I ordered was not available, so instead of calling me like a decent restaurant would they took it upon themselves to make my sub on a different bread that I was not a fan of. They remade the sub which was nice, but a wait that was not needed. THEN I get home open the sub and apparently Subway employees are not taught to tell the difference between Ham and Turkey which I think would be easy but apparently not for some, I called the store and spoke with a "manager" by the name of Jess who was no help at all. In the future I will be taking my business to the one by the highway or to Ionia. Honestly not the 1st screw up at this location and I don't understand where the management of this location begins, comes across as a restaurant ran by crew members. read more

It takes sooo long for anyone to make a sub. They do all of the drive thru orders while you wait in line for 15 minutes before they even acknowledge you. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to make 3 subs. Annoying. read more

It cracks me up that people whine about waiting in the drive through. Go inside then! You KNOW each sandwich takes a few minutes, then drinks, chips, cookies etc. one person even said they should make sandwiches ahead of time. What??? Like they can read you mind 5 minutes before you order. I always go in for the fact that the drive through would take more time, and I can sit and relax or take them to go. If you order what YOU want, watch or "supervise" your sandwich as they make it, and use care when carrying the bag so you don't have a "smashed" sandwich and open it carefully you stuff won't all fall out like another reviewer. I swear, people cause their own issues and go "KAREN" on these poor young kids. I appreciate how clean and fresh and friendly my experiences have been. I always ask to have them cut my sandwich in thirds so I can eat some now, later and a snack whenever I get hungry again. They do a great job there! read more

The worst service I have ever had here. First the drive thru worker would not listen I had to repeat my self 5 times. Then I get up to the window and sat there for 20 mins waiting for someone to hand me my food. There were 5 people were in there. Only one was actual lay working. And when asked what took them 20 mins just to hand me my food the lady says I don't know I was on break. They obviously can see that I am mad but just don't care one of the kids working asked me if they could touch my steering wheel to me that is not a question to ask a customer when they are expressing there complaints. If you want what you pay for do not use this store. Recently I used their online ordering for the 1st time. The system was quick and straight forward. I paid online. Drove to Subway at set pickup time and picked up my order. Upon arrival home I realized they had not put double meat on one sub as ordered. I checked the bill and the charge was on it. I called the store. The young man that answered my call informed "there was nothing he could do unless I was willing to return sub to store". I was unwilling to invest 20 minutes of my time to correct their $2.50 error. I informed him of this. He stated again "there was nothing he could do". I would have been happy with an apology and the statement we will look into how this happened so it won't happen in future. I contacted subway corporate telling them and in addition to apology asking for my $2.50 to be refunded. They emailed me within 24hrs stating it is a franchise and they would forward my compaint and the franchise would contact me within 2 days. I received no communication from franchise, and when I communicated this to corporate they did not bother to respond. read more
