Slowest service ever!! Workers put sandwiches in the oven and wait for them to toast instead of starting the next order! So frustrating!!

Beef was tangy spicy (but not too spicy) and crispy and it came out hot and fast. Appreciate the fact that the beef was not chewy or tough They also add these crispy onions on top of their bowls which is a nice touch. My boyfriend got the Cajun pork cutlet bowl over lo mein. You get to choose your base for the bowls which is nice. The lo mein noodles are thicker than the typical lo mein noodles you see at Chinese takeout, these look more like pho. Either way, I tried a bite and they were great and the flavors were there. My boyfriend also loves their soup and the homemade chips are awesome. In terms of ambiance this is more of a daytime spot. Not too many seats. It's very bright inside maybe because there's a lot of plants in there on the wall. It's still nice, just not that dim nighttime ambiance and there aren't a ton of seats . It's a deep fried dog. I get mine "all the way" which is with mustard, their chili topping and diced onions. I also got an order of fries with gravy. The hot dog is good quality and the sauce isn't bad. A little sweet for my taste. Why only 3 starts vs 5? I got this during my lunch break and ate this at my work. Zero utensils for the fries with gravy and zero napkins. Am I splitting hairs? Possibly, but trying to type while having fingers slopped with gravy is kind of a put off. Then add the messiness of the dog, which is a good thing, sauce tends to find its way on your face, table, etc. Solid food. You can eat in. A big variety of items and priced reasonably.

So instead of my traditional trip to a 100-year old place a few miles away, we came here. First, the place is clean and seating is plentiful. The counter service is efficient and the dude was polite. I really like that birch beer was a fountain option. (We don't get that in Texas.) Now to the food... This place uses Thumann's hot dogs, which are among the best in the free world. (Vienna Beef is better, but that's about it.) Not sure who supplies the buns, but they are average. They hold up well with toppings, which is very important, but they didn't otherwise add any qualities. I bought three dogs here, and they were all better than average. The slaw dog included cold, crispy cabbage that would make my Southern relatives proud. Other than the wonderful consistency, however, there was nothing really special about this. The mayo base was good, but had no flavor depth. As a hot dog topping, it worked. Even as a dish at a family reunion, it would likely work. Still, I've had tastier slaw dogs. The kraut dog was standard and delicious. Wonderful toppings. The chili cheese was outstanding, Nice spice and gooey American cheese, Way to go! Bottom line: These are decent hot dogs. Mine were fried almost crunchy, and the non-steamed bun did nothing to tone anything down or soften the hot dog. The fries, by the way, are served hot and crispy and made a wonderful accompaniment. If I lived here, this place would be a regular stop for hot dogs -- only if I didn't feel like driving an extra five minutes to Johnny & Hanges.

It was delicious! The pulled chicken was flavorful, and the pickled onions and cucumbers added a perfect crunch and zest that complemented the brown rice and kale beautifully. I chose to order directly from the staff instead of using the kiosks since it was my first visit, and I'm glad I did! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even wiping down the outdoor tables for me. The prices are pretty standard for a fast-casual spot.

Their tag line of "Eat Juicy Chicken" compelled us in. Unfortunately, our first time was a bit of a flop. First, the positives. Placing your order is a cinch, either with one of many kiosks or with the folks at the counter. We opted for the latter since it was our first visit and we were paying with cash. Service at the counter was warm and friendly. While waiting for our meal, we also took notice of the wide array of pumps by the drink dispenser. They're all free sauces you can get to dress up your meal. But that was precisely where things kind of went meh. My husband's boneless breast meal was heavily sauced and rendered the whole thing a little too salty. My chicken Caesar salad was just fine, but I craved more texture (some croutons would've killed). I keep comparing our ho-hum experience to others who've raved about their meals here, and I think our mistake was two-fold: 1) We didn't order a chicken sandwich. I should've known better - when most of the signature items on a menu gravitate toward one type of item, it's a restaurant's way of hinting at their strengths. Opting to order a salad and a grilled chicken at a fried chicken place was a bad start. Learn from my mistakes. 2) We paired a saucy chicken with saucy sides. All three items in my husband's order - the meat, the Brussel sprouts, and the potatoes - were generously drizzled with a sauce. It's no wonder our taste buds breathed a sigh of relief whenever we had a bite of undressed crinkle cut fries; we were assaulting our mouths with salt and flavor. If you're a saucy person, have at it ; otherwise, I'd recommend creating a more balanced plate and ordering a few things without sauce so you can appreciate the cooking. Because in my heart of hearts, I believe items are well-prepared here; they're just doused in too much covering to be appreciated.

This is the best McDonald's that I've been to and I've been to quite a few. I am so addicted to Big Mac's that I won't try anything else on the menu because I'm scared I may get addicted to that too. I think I finally figured out what the special sauce is! Russian! Those Russians are always meddling. The staff here had always been really friendly to me whether I was struggling with the kiosk or trying to order from the wrong window. They have never made me repeat myself when I ordered a "Big Mac sandwich." It is really annoying when I say this and then I'm asked " sandwich or the meal?" What sets them a part is when I order my nuggets and they say, " It will be cheaper if you get 2 4 pieces" or "we are having a sale on...." Hopefully Ronald McDonald doesn't penalize them for this, damn clown. Most recently an amazing thing happened here. My food was hot and fresh! I could tell it was freshly prepared and wasn't sitting in a window waiting to be ordered. I didn't even know that could happen at a McDonalds. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, a medium iced tea, a bag of apple slices, a 6 piece of chicken nuggets, one small fry, and one large fry. While I understand this is order is on the larger side, I ordered on the kiosks, so the whole order was on the bag. At this point we had been waiting for about 10-15 minutes for our order when my friend eagerly pointed to the kitchen. "I see our order!" She excitedly proclaimed. She turned towards me, and then another friend we were with let out a grimaced "oh...." I turn. "Did you just see that?" He inquired. "No, what happened?" I responded. "They just DROPPED that drink." My other friend and I turn around only to see the most horrific sight. Her small strawberry banana smoothie decorating the Mcdonald's kitchen floor. I see the color drain from my friend's face (this is actually not an exaggeration!) "That is my drink, I fear..." We don't think much of it, because we assumed they would remake it. I then hear our order number be called. Strange, because her smoothie is still on the kitchen floor! I get our bag, thank the worker, and look inside because at this point I still had faith in the Wayne Mcdonald's. I naively believed that maybe, just MAYBE, they remade it quickly and just put it in the bag. They did not. Okay, no problem. We'll wait until they remake it. Five minutes go by and nothing. Another five minutes go by, meaning we have now been in this McDonalds for 20-25 minutes. I turn to my friend. "Should we say something?" It is important to note we are both teenagers with crippling social anxiety, so it would take EXTREME measures for us to say something. We wait a couple more minutes, and then finally, our other friend can not take it anymore. He goes to the little view point that leads to the kitchen and projects his voice into it, trying to catch the attention of an employee. Multiple people look, but no one comes over until at least a solid three minutes later. Finally, the employee who dropped the smoothie to begin with graced us with his presence. My outspoken friend confronts him, saying "we ordered the strawberry banana smoothie that you dropped and we never got another one." FINALLY they realized we weren't going to just leave without the smoothie THEY DROPPED THAT WE PAID FOR and decided to remake it. Now, if the smoothie was in our hands when it was dropped, or if it was even in the process of going to our hands, I would have gotten napkins, cleaned up my mess, then gone to the kiosk to order and pay for a new one. However, the smoothie was completely in the kitchen and in the employees hands. I seriously believe they were hoping we would walk out without the smoothie they dropped because they didn't want to make it again, even though it was entirely their fault. So FINALLY we get to leave. It is now 11:58 at this point. We had been there for close to half an hour. And the worst part? I never got my apple slices. All I wanted were my stupid freaking apple slices that I paid $3.14 for, but they didn't even give me those! So now I'm writing this review in my friends car on the verge of tears because the one thing I wanted and have been craving all night they didn't even give me, after dropping my friends smoothie, ROLLING HIS EYES WHEN WE ASKED FOR ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE IT WAS DROPPED IN THE KITCHEN BY HIM, and not even apologizing or trying to make up for it. I just want my apple slices. My friend just wanted her smoothie. Long story short, their food is fine. It's a Mcdonalds. But I give them one star because this was a terrible experience and if you ever go to this Mcdonald's, prepare for a battle. Good luck soldier. Fight for your smoothie and your apple slices.

They are trying to figure out a new donut supplier, so it'll be off for a while. However, the owner was heading out for an errand, and offered to buy doughnuts ad-hoc if I still wanted the chonut and I took him up on it! What service. Chonut: he got a Paris Baguette maple donut, which was a good level of sweetness. It wasn't warmed up at all and the bottom donut got really soggy, so I wonder how it would compare to their normal donut. I loved the combination of sweetness and savory - I'd get this again to see what a full potential donut sandwich could look like. Cholander Fries: we ordered this while waiting, and a solid appetizer with lots of flavors. We got the BBQ Sampler box, and they allowed us to replace the 2 ribs with pork belly instead. The pork belly was the standout - it's both very crispy and fatty. They also gave us a gochujang glaze sauce because they said it paired well with the pork belly, and it did! The brisket was good too and certainly benefited from the sauces available, as well as the pork shoulder. I thought the Mac and cheese was standard but the kimchi slaw wasn't refreshing although interesting.
