We are talking generational feuds over lets face it fast food. In and Out vs. Whataburger? It is not even close and at best this was Meh.... Newish location in TN, that was agreeable close to the freeway as I was in a moving truck. Lots of parking. The employees were on point and the place and its bathrooms were clean. That alone kept this from being one star The food on the other hand was simply not up snuff and a better comparison would be McDonald's or the King. Bacon and Cheese Whataburger: Oy vey where to start. The bun was at best there to just provide carbs. It had an odd texture and fell apart pretty quick. The bacon was okay and the patty was at best average. The tomato and lettuce were okay, but the pickles were at best mushy Onion Rings: They were fried okay but the onions appeared to be the same kind of mush burger king puts forth Spicy Ketchup was good, but the pepper sauce was at best bland. So what exactly am I missing here? This place fell well short of the hype and based on my experience its JAFB or just another fast food burger. I ordered the fried redfish served over Gouda grits with a Cajun crawfish sauce. This dish was EXCELLENT! The Gouda grits had a little bit of a kick to them and the crawfish sauce had an amazing flavor which made the whole thing an over the top flavorful dish. My husband ordered the pork chop and wasn't a fan. The pork chop was overcooked and dried out. While overcooked, the chop did have a nice smoked flavor. He quashed he had ordered the redfish because he loved the flavor of my dish, so we shared. He had fries and Mac n cheese with his dish and both were good. We loved the truffle fries dipped in ketchup. Something about the combination just works together. We finished the night off with their yummy bread pudding! Definitely save room for dessert because the bread pudding with caramel sauce is sooooo gooood!

I went in with high expectations as it seems to be the only fancy spot for a long distance around. Also, I was a fan of the previous restaurant in this building, Vinegar Jim's. The service was friendly and the drinks were surprisingly good, though their cocktail menu is primarily sweet beachy drinks which I don't prefer. We started with the BBQ shrimp and burnt ends plate, both of which were excellent. My girlfriend and brother both got the Debris Samich, which I liked but they did not as the bun was rather soggy. I thought it tasted good and was happy to treat it as a knife and fork sandwich. I had the 38-day dry aged prime ribeye- which was offered at a great price for the quality and the treatment of the meat. The center was cooked exactly how I ordered it, but around the outside the meat somehow appeared to be raw while simultaneously having a burnt crust on the outside. I was underwhelmed because even though most of the steak was great the burnt bits turned me off. We had a few desserts, and my favorite was the butter cake. They're definitely worth a try. Good food, good prices, and friendly service.

It's a standard fast food but it gives the vibe of a family owned dine in restaurant. I do not have a single complaint. The platter consisted of a a half slab of ribs-dry rub, pulled pork bbq, and brisket! The sides consisted of baked beans and potato salad and babyyyy, they did not disappoint!!! Freaking phenomenal!!!! This was an amazing choice for lunch!

Place was decorated well and had a great feel with some oldies playing the background. Place could have been a little cleaner but not much to complain about. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and helping us decide what we wanted. My husband and myself got 'The Police', a burger with brisket, a 1/4 lb patty, cheese, bbq sauce, pickle and mayo (we opted out on the onion) and we ordered the meal and chose fries. Meal comes out super fresh and piping hot. Fries were crispy, crunchy, and hot. The brisket was cooked very well and basically melted in your mouth, as for the beef patty.. it was flavored well and made the burger even better. And BBQ sauce was on point. Overall I'd eat here again next time I take a trip out here. Well done.
