They worse service and employee attitudes I have ever received at a place of business. We make a online order on mar 17 right when they open. We arrive at our given pick up time. They say they didn't receive any order. (Ok, no big deal, things happen). The lady in front of us has the same issue but they take her order, a bigger order. Then they tell us that they are too busy for us and that we should cancel. I asked if they could just make our sandwiches on the spot instead of via online and I was told no that they are to busy and aren't even open. Although the open sign was open and they store hrs showed open 30 mins ago... The second employee mumbled her frustrations with us being there and "why won't we just leave." Dont eat there after 5 pm. Rude kids working. African american lady that works during the day is awesome! she's the only person I would allow to touch my food. The manager plays Christian music. This Lenny's has yet to let me down! What I noticed first was their really friendly staff. They always greet the customers and I really felt that they were personable with me. The menu at Lenny's in general is pretty great, it's most things you could want in a sandwich. And since this is Millington's only real sandwich shop option (subway doesn't count), I'm all for it. They come out fresh and hot (if that's what you're into), but my only complaint is that the flavor isn't quite there... I'm a Quiznos girl through and through, so I'm picky when I don't have a sandwich bursting with flavor. But maybe I just need to try more here, Idk. Either way I'll be back, it's worth it! read more

I recently visited this Lennys in Millington. I noticed the young lady checking people out, touching their money/credit cards etc, then go directly over and start helping make sandwiches. She did not use any sanitizer or wash her hands. She did put on a pair of gloves. The man already making sandwiches already had on gloves which I witnessed him cleaning off the prep table with a trowel and touching other surfaces. He them started making sandwiches with the same cleaning gloves on, never changed to clean ones or wash/sanitize his hands. When I spoke to the "manager" he told me if I did not like it, then never come back. Wow. We are in a pandemic and Lennys in Millington does not see the need to wash their hands to prepare food for the public. Oh, I'll do as the manager said: I won't go back. Fine with me. read more

The mile high turkey is about a half mile short. The bigger the sandwich I order the smaller amount of turkey I get. They are alway fresh, great bread etc. but when it's sold as Mile High, it shouldn't arrive so flat. read more

As a huge fan of Lenny's I've come to the point that regardless of such it's time I speak on the inconsistencies I continue to encounter at the Millington location (there's only 1 in Milllingtin, TN). I ordered my usual Mile High with sour cream and onion chips. What I got was a Mile High with no pickles and cheddar sour cream chips. Back up to approximately 3 months until now....I ordered the steak salad which is supposed to be spinach, not that shredded ice burg crap, along with lite ranch. I got nothing but shredded lettuce and regular ranch . I told them I asked for lite ranch and the response was, "that's all we got." Shouldn't I have been made aware of the fact that they didn't have lite ranch nor spinach? Why was it available on the website when you didn't actually have it? Didn't notice the lettuce until I got home which is 20 mins away. Last week I decided to go inside instead of ordering online to ensure they actual had spinach and low and behold they did not have it even though their website said they did. I stopped ordering the steak sandwich because one day it's just right and the next it's salty as hell or way to much cheese. This year I've ordered from the Millington location 10 times(I checked my history) and only half those times was my order made correctly and was satisfying. Basically, it's become a hit or miss and at this point I'll have to find another location where the employees are consistent with orders as I don't have time to have to place my order inside versus online simply bc I have to make sure it's done right. read more

Doesn't look like much when you first walk in, but there's is a community amongst the building. As a employee the energy this place gives off it astronomical. The hot food at Lenney's is very delicious, while the cold food is good; it could be better with a little of the special and good hot pepper relish. read more

I ordered from Lenny's a while back. It may have been in December if I'm not mistaken. Now I've never ordered from this Lenny's before but I figured it would be like any other situation. I had a large order because I was getting food for a lot of people obviously. My boyfriend went to pick the order up. Mind you, I sent a screenshot of the receipt so that he could check it before he left the store . He did not . He got home and I checked the order . I was missing chips and a cookie from what I could tell. I called the store to let them know. My bf left to go get it. While he was leaving the driveway. I found that I was missing more items. Two sandwiches and one sandwich was made wrong. I called the store back and was put on hold for like five minutes . I called back and asked to speak with someone about my order. I told the lady my order was placed online and this is what I was missing .. no apology no nothing and then she said well I don't see an order . I informed her that I'd just called up to let them know chips and cookie were missing . She then says if you placed it online we can't see the order, which made no sense at all. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologised and found my order. She said that she'd have the items ready . Well after an hour they weren't ready. They forgot to make the order. And then tried to charge my bf for the order again. I called back to the store to advocate on his abs my behalf which finally allowed them to say ok we messed up let us fix this. Two hours and order was still wrong when he got back home. I will never order from this store again. Too many chances to correct a mistake and too many times the issue was attempted to be passed on to the system or otherwise. read more

Lenny's in Millington is the same as the other locations in this chain. The customer service is great here! Very friendly and quick. This location does seem to smell like bleach or cleaner every time I'm here, though. Not sure why that is. read more

Lenny's is something of a phenomenon in town. It's one of those places where people don't mind waiting in line, and they have a decent system for taking orders for personalized sandwiches and getting them out to you. For vegetarians, they offer a cheese sandwich with bell peppers, onions, etc - not much of a veggie selection - and the usual condiments. Be warned, though, if it disgusts you to think that your cheese was cut on the same machine that slices the meat, you'll want to avoid this place altogether. read more

We went to Lennys after working-out at Planet Fitness. We ordered two loaded Philly Cheese Steak salads to go with extra meat, cheese, and eggs. When we arrived back home, we found it was not what we ordered, so we called them up and asked what we needed to do since they were about 10 miles away. I was told they would make it right. A few days later we went back after working out again. They quickly offered to remake both of our meals for free to compensate us for our troubles. They made us exactly what we ordered the previous time with all of the extras. Their service keeps us going back, and their fresh produce is very good. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, thoughtful, and professional staff who aim to please every customer. The bread was soft and fresh, the meat was good (turkey was a bit salty, but not overly so), and the cookies were great! The store branded chips were on par with Lays and were also good.
