I came here today to pick up an online order and got home. It was completely wrong. I ordered two sandwiches and they had the veggies mixed up. Normally I would be okay with fixing it on my own but my boyfriend ordered the boss and chipotle and vinegar on it made it a huge soggy veggie mess. So we went back. Addy was working and did not say sorry furthermore she offered to switch the veggies which wouldn't work as the sandwiches were ruined. She acted annoyed to fix our sandwiches and tried to make smart comments while fixing them. We were not in a hurry, usually never ask things to be fixed and normally don't complain, but this time I have to say something. All I wanted was the sandwiches fixed. I have gone to the subway sandwich shop at Walmart as well as the one that's on Pacific highway close to Waverley and I've had excellent treatment and the sandwiches are so good done to perfection. But the newer one where Izzys used to be I will never go to again. Horrible service and after quite a wait with no service I left. It seemed most people in there were fed up with the service as well. They could've used two more people in there easily but one was kind of hiding around the bread area one woman looks flabbergasted and kept looking at the orders and then there was a young man that seemed to be the only one that knew what he was doing. read more

ordered a sandwich online they were completely skimpy with everything. Received like 4 pieces of spinach on my footlong and 2-3 pieces of cucumber and onion. Also ordered two chocolate chip cookies and only received one and they took upon themselves to give me a white Choclate macadamia instead. I went into this subway today, (9/16/2019 at 12:55 PM) and asked for a salad. The spinach and the lettuce was soggy so I simply and politely asked if I could have non soggy spinach and was treated badly. The sandwich creator looked at me like I was insane and said "Could you describe to me what is wrong with it?" When I stated that it was very wet, and mushy she said that, that was perfectly normal. That the spinach and lettuce is fine wet and soggy. Yea I understand that lettuce can become wet. I'd like mine not to be wet and soggy. I also believe that the majority of other customers would agree with me on this. I also don't think there was anything wrong with me asking for lettuce that is not wet. They make a pretty skimpy sandwich. Had an Italian BMT, was very dissatisfied in the amount of veggies. Barely any lettuce and maybe 2 slices of onion on the sandwich. Do yourself a favor and get a sandwich somewhere else. If you really need subway just drive to independence. read more

This subway has to be the most delightful I have ever been to! The sandwich ARTIST, Austin, made my friend and I delicious sandwiches. The ingredients were spread evenly and at a consistency that was neither to think or thin. When I initially entered I did not know what to get so I asked Austin. Best decision I've made at a subway. If it doesn't exist...neither does my money!!! I just went in. Brandon ignored me. I got ice...and tried to get coffee...but it was empty... so I asked, "do you have coffee?" he literally said to me after he rolled his eyes. "You have to pay for it" so I said..."ok...but there's none in here." Brandon: I know...we don't have any. Really? I lost my patience... Me: you don't have to be rude. Brandon: I wasn't trying to be rude. Me:Well, you succeeded anyway and I walked out!!!! Later, I felt bad...my behavior was not Christ like...I prefer to be called a believer over a Christian for that very reason... so I went back in and said: "Brandon, I came to apologize. Brandon: Good! go ahead! Me: I apologize I lost my patience with you...you judged me. Brandon: no, I didn't. Me: you assumed I had no money. Brandon: no, I didn't.
