Been here twice in the last week and the subs are fantastic & juicy....we tried the fries today, too....excellent and great sauce. The lady behind the counter was super friendly, nice, cordial and a very good spokesperson for this location....we live closer to 4 other sub shops but this is our newfound restaurant esp after the crappy service and food we recently had at another nearby restaurant for our Friday Father's Day celebration....that was a letdown and this is a PICK me UP! Stopped in for a quick lunch early afternoon. I asked if all of the sandwiches were hot because that's what I saw on the over head menu. As I sat down and waited for my meat ball sandwich I continued to look at the menu and saw that I could also order custom cold cut sandwiches and felt like I was misguided by the inexperience gal at the register. Very disappointing to get the wrong information for the hired help. My meatball sandwich was ok It could have been better if she asked me what I wanted on it. I've been here a couple times now and I've tried different sandwiches and have not been disappointed. Each one has been delicious and filling. Honestly, the price range is close but maybe a little higher than subway but way better sandwiches than subway. Rather pay the extra dollar for a consistent good sub than a hit an miss sub with bad service at subway. Service here is usually fast and they have always been chill and nice. I also like that they donate any extra change to the firefighters. Introduce my girlfriend to them and now we will be frequent visitors. read more

My first time to a firehouse sub and I have to say I thought it was pretty alright. I went with one of the standard subs that they have, minus the pickles. I got it to go to eat with a family member next door. I didn't know what to expect and was slightly surprised to have a warm sandwich. I now know that that's probably why it took longer than I expected as the place wasn't really that busy. Tasty sandwich and I'd certainly have it again. Service was fine. Went for a quick lunch break with my mom to get some salads and the manager was clearly Scolding an employee over forgotten tasks as we walk in. I ordered the hook and ladder salad and same for my mother but she got the side salad and a soup. Soup was extremely salty and dry and our salads consisted of no meat which should have been ham and turkey. The two girls that made the salads quickly realized and fixed their mistake which took another 10 minutes with an empty restaurant somehow and my 30 lunch turned into a 20 min wait followed by a 10 min fix and I had to rush back to work. Deeply dissatisfied that my turkey bacon ranch sandwich had peices of brown definitely spoiled past due lettuce and translucent raw onions that didn't even crunch because they were also spoiling,asked if we wanted a pickle but no pickle made it into the bag. Man, I LOVE their meatball subs with pepperoni. Far better than that other sub shop across the street where the meatballs squirt out of the bread and down your shirt. They cut the bread into almost a bowl and put the meatballs and sauce into that which makes it much easier to eat. The staff, owner and manager are all very friendly top notch. It's a bit expensive compared to that other sub shop, but it's worth it imo. Firehouse is probably my favorite sub shop in the area now. read more

Only 2 people in front of us and we waited about 20 minutes for our sandwiches. And expect to pay a LOT more than average. It's good, but I wouldn't go often and probably never with kids. read more

Another great Firehouse Subs, this one in Keizer. Popped in for a quick lunch and the service and food were awesome as usual. We were greeted by friendly and engaging staff. We ordered a medium sub, mac and cheese and some chile and they all were delicious and filling. We really like the way they pile on the meat on all their subs !!!! Today was opening day so there was employees everywhere. The menu board is easy to read and well laid out. Medium subs appear to be about 8" in length and pricing is on par with jersey mikes and other higher end sub shops. Sorry no $5 footlongs here. Bread was fresh and it was a good sandwich. The food here is honestly super good, but the service is crappy. Multiple times have I had incredibly slow service but also they mess up my order every other time I come in there, which is why I don't go often because it's so expensive just to receive multiple wrong sandwiches. I think this is the best of the sub restaurants. Every sub I have gotten there is fresh and tasty. They have outdoor seating. You can order and pick it up in parking out front. They contribute to first responders in the area and you can round up your purchase and contribute also. I have always had good service and a warm sandwich there. read more

Firehouse subs handled the power outage customer serge well. They were flooded with orders, and there was a bit of an (understandable) wait. The workers were kind and friendly, and the manager gave everyone waiting in line a free soda. The customer service made it worth it. Probably the best sub I've ever had. I was kind of taken back by the prices, but they're worth it if you want a higher quality sub than the 'other place'. Wow first and last time we will ever go there. Wow is all I can say. We were in there on Monday, June 1, 2020. We ordered two large subs. Price of $29.00. I ordered the Cheesesteak and when we got home there was maybe two little dots of cheese on the sandwich. I was very upset as the picture shows something totally different. I called in to voice my displeasure and was told that the manager would be in the next day and they took my phone number and said the owners were great and they would make sure we were taken care of. Today - 4 days later (after calling back yesterday to see why my call had not been returned ) I got a call from Cassie the manager. She asked me to tell her what had happened. I did and was told they are only allowed to put 3 circles of cheese on the large subs and I said that's not even close to your picture let alone your description. She then told me that they would use this as a training lesson and that was it. Didn't offer anything in return etc. never going back there again and neither will I recommend it to any of my friends. read more
