I got my to-go order and opened the box plate with the food I got. I was scared to take a bite of it but I had no choice because my mom paid for it. I took a bite of the chicken tender, I went straight to the hospital where they did 30 hours of surgery on me. I came out of the hospital and now I feel good. I rate the food a -56 out of 10 because the company doesn't season their chicken and their fries, it tastes like bland food with extra grease. Manager was not going to remake or refund my order. It did escalate to where I used profanity, which I regret. I Sent an email the next day and received one back from Jason Manager who sent a sill photo of someone who picked up the order and he stated "it may shed light on who picked up the order." I sent back and said I do not know this person and I only recognized the employee. We have asked for a refund 3 times. Jason Manager said he would send in for a refund May 19, 2026, but as of June 5 2026, I have not received the refund. It has been over 1 month. I had the order receipt the person who stole my order did not. Unbelievable how I have been treated and to pay for something I never received then be accused of knowing the person who picked up the order!!!! Shame on Schlotzsky's and the Management team!!! I had to give 1 star just to post otherwise it would be negative stars.

The sandwich took a very long time and after waiting 10 minutes, it arrived with no sauce and barely any meat. It was gross and a total waste of money. Jersey Mikes doesn't have as many options but when it comes down to friendly service and quality food, there's no comparison. I may try Firehouse again, but never at this location.
