I called and asked if they check the avocado before putting in the food, and the person that answered said she didn't do it, that's the cooks......there was a weird moment of silence when nothing was said so I said hello? She rudely yelled I AM STILL HERE! It took me by surprise how rude she responded and I asked so is there some type of solution she could offer me because I just felt like how could you even put this in someone's food and feel like it's ok? I understand whoever answered the phone did not assemble the damn burrito but if your going to answer the phone, you are now the face of the establishment and the very very minimum you could have done is offer a simple apology and ask to POLITELY bring it back so the matter could be resolved. Instead she literally started yelling over the phone with a disgusting attitude and getting defensive! At this point I was just shocked at how this person was acting so I hung up, because I felt like if this is how your going to act over the phone, I can only assume you'd be the one to spit in my food. NO THANK YOU! This behavior is not acceptable, and if your going to be in a customer service position, learn how to provide appropriate customer service in general because this could have easily been handled without being rude and nasty! I will never spend my money here again!

The lady working the window got an attitude and huffed and puffed. I asked her what her name was and she said, "Jennifer". I asked if she was the manager and she said, "yes". I asked her who her manager was and she said, "I don't know". I said, "you're the manager and you don't know who your boss is?". She said, "yep". So fill out your surveys because there isn't a customer complain number, you have to do that online. That's why this manager acts the way she does, doesn't care about customer service and freely lies because she easily gets away with it. Hopefully her manager can be located and will make adjustments.

The whole front of the restaurant faces one of the main roads for downtown, and has large windows that bring in tons of natural light. This place is good for a date night, a group gathering, or anything in between. There's even some bar seating if that's your thing. Our table got the French dip and a make-your-own burger. The French dip was easily shared by my little and me, as the portion size was large. The build-your-own-burger comes exactly as you want it, cooked to your temperature preference, but I will say the patty could have had more seasoning on it. The onion rings are amazing, and the onion adheres perfectly to the batter. One thing I hope to be able to use in the future is the Pontiac Room, which is their second story event space. They have a nice sign that gives details about the space, and I truly believe it would be good for wedding receptions, large parties, or large group gatherings. I don't know if there is an elevator to this space, so you'd need to check on that should your group have mobility concerns. Overall, this is a place that we will bring the whole crew to in the future.
