The Cajun Boil chips had a really good kick to them, and the sweet roast pecans were dangerously easy to keep eating. The store itself is huge, clean, and honestly kind of impressive the first time you see it. Tons of food options, snacks everywhere, and the whole place runs surprisingly smoothly considering how busy it gets. Staff was friendly, shelves were stocked, and the bathrooms were as clean as everyone says. Definitely more than just a gas station stop. It's basically a road trip experience on its own.

We had such a wonderful time dining there this evening. There is a ton of comfortable outside seating and eat table boasts a fly fan that will make sure you're able to enjoy the atmosphere. They have a LOT of options and everyday they have new specials. I recommend checking out the Facebook page where you can see what they have day to day. I tried the their filet and it was delicious and perfectly prepared. The broccoli and side salad are excellent as well. The service is perfection. Our waitress was friendly and efficient and made us feel right at home. On Fridays they even do karaoke starting at 5 and the atmosphere is so light and fun. We had a wonderful family experience and we all left stuffed and happy. This will likely become a Friday night tradition for us!

There's also plenty of parking! They offer a nice variety of choices for coffee and I went with their Spanish latte. They have a lot of choices for flavors and milks but I went with oat milk and hazelnut flavor which was an excellent choice. It was rich with flavor. They also have a small assortment of pastries. And a loyalty program! The barista is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome and at home. This is definitely a place we will be regulars going forward!

The exterior is intriguing; especially if you like trains, but one would be remised if you think there is no room to eat. The caboose itself is actually the kitchen. This is a counter service restaurant, and you can either outside or take your food inside the climate-controlled dining room that is almost all glass and offers great views and natural lighting. I ordered the coast scramble with the seasoned potatoes, and it was pretty darn good. This is the kind of breakfast that will "stick to your ribs" and be with you for a while, so you definitely won't be leaving hungry. It would probably be great for a hangover too, but I digress. I truly cannot recall what the wifey ate, but I don't recall any negative comments. My son got the pancakes and they were pretty big. Luckily for me, he let me sample them, and they were delicious. I would definitely go back here and try one of their wraps & flats or Harvest Bowls.
