I am really upset and disgusted with this McDonald's I ordered food there on 12/8 and the crispy deluxe was made wrong and not only wrong but I had a burnt chicken patty the rest of my food was cold the 2 cheeseburger meal and the 10 piece chicken nuggets were lukewarm from the meals we purchased and the French fries were old and not even warm and you could tell they hadn't changed the grease in a while the fries should of been a golden color not dark brown. Im apalled with the amount of money I spent just to not get to eat I had to leave for Ohio early the next morning so I was unable to bring back the uneaten food and the manager would of refunded my money however the emergency back home needed my attention. I asked if they could send me a gift card to use @ any McDonald's and they were going to do that but the corporate office is a joke they keep sending me to escalations dept. I know the Deschers and I worked hard for them for years as a teenager the grave shifts at 2 different locations so I know they would not be happy with this kind of service and food being served they wouldn't eat it and neither did I. Corporate kept telling me someone would contact me the management team about a refund or gift card and I haven't gotten a call from anyone it's just rude, unprofessional and bad business. McChaos at a truck stop - this started out as a fuel stop but I decided to grab a frozen coke. This place was fairly busy with only a kiosk and one register and although you order at the kiosk you're still required to pay at the register, it's a weird process and it seemed no one knows who ordered and who's paid including the staff. Once they call your number they verify your number then go grab the order - I didn't care for the protocol but I was just passing through and just wanted to grab my drink and go. This was probably one of the best frozen cokes I've ever purchased from McDonald's. Just watching the mass confusion here it's doubtful I'd order food from this location but although it took much longer to complete my order it was okay... read more

I was passing through from GA to NOLA and our bus stopped in for breakfast. It was 8am and many of the tables were super dirty already. The line moved fairly quickly though, so that was good. We stopped here for lunch, it was busy because it was lunchtime. We ordered at the register (not the kiosks) we were given our cups to get our drinks and a number to put on the table. Within about 5 minutes our food was brought to us . We sat and ate , taking our time. When we were done we put all of our trash on the tray. An employee who brought us our food tray came by and picked up our tray with the trash and threw it away for us. Wow!! I've not been to a McDonald's this nice or clean, with this kind of service. The last several times that I have been to this specific McDonalds, we are told to pull up and park in the parking lot to receive our order. I don't mind Doing that within reason but there were 8 cars sitting in the parking lot that were directed from the drive thru. I feel that was a bit excessive and very unsafe. Multiple cars were just parked by the gas pumps due to there being so many vehicles waiting on their food. read more

Just the worst & that's saying something for McDonald's. Because you expect pretty sub par expdctsfhins going into one. They shut down the registers, so only kiosk, but if you laid with cash you had to give the money to a manager. We waited for over ten minutes for someone to come over. While the girl doing fries ignored everyone and only spoke to rudely call out numbers or say "you can't order up here, you have to order at the kiosk" okay, what if they're waiting to give you money or just looking at the menu? You don't need to snap on customers like that. Also for some reason they won't make anything besides burgers past 11. So if you want ice cream, or any kind of chicken or fish. Keep driving. If you don't feel like waiting over 30-45 minutes for the whole ordeal for sure keep driving. This is one of our favorite McDonald's .,Food very good and coffee is the greatest. We love the Big Mac's and breakfast items.
