The bar itself appears to be partially stocked, which somehow makes it worse. It's like looking into a pantry after a hurricane. There are technically objects in there. Whether any of them can be combined into a recognizable beverage remains under investigation. And then there's the customer service. Sweet baby Jesus. The overall atmosphere feels less like brunch and more like I accidentally walked into the middle of a workplace dispute nobody bothered to warn the customers about. Nobody appears to be wearing the same uniform, or possibly any uniform at all, so identifying actual employees becomes its own interactive brunch activity. Last time we came in, a woman in a tracksuit approached us with such confidence that I genuinely had no idea whether she worked there, was another customer, or was about to ask us why we were sitting in her section of Planet Fitness. Turns out it was her first day as the hostess. Of course it was. Honestly, at this point, if someone walked out of the kitchen wearing pajama pants, carrying jumper cables, and announced they were the executive chef, I'd just nod and ask whether the ketchup had arrived yet. Nothing about the place feels coordinated. The drinks aren't coordinated. The staff isn't coordinated. The inventory isn't coordinated.
