These are very sturdy, and different sizes. Cutlery is also plastic and comes in a plastic bag. So, the Salty Rose is not trying to be anything more than the vibe implies. Also, I am sure that this is what the Salty Rose is so efficient. The best thing I had was the Gulf Fish Sandwich. The size of fish far exceeds the diameter of the bun. The bun was advertised as Brioche, but it seemed to be a standard hamburger bun. I say this because I had the Smash Burger (also good) and it was on a brioche bun. I learned that the lettuce and tomato caused the meat/fish to slide off and out of the bun, so I removed it. My wife and I split the quesadillas and they were excellent.
