I got a Peanut Butter Bananza concrete, and it was fantastic, just like the ones I get in Kansas. Service there was polite and efficient. The store was clean and pretty busy given that it just opened. If you enjoy ice cream, or a delicious hamburger, you cannot go wrong with Freddy's.

They screwed up our Order completely today , The Manager tried to fix it on screen, So that we paid for what we ordered. We get to the next window and still the order is wrong, missing drinks and sides. We were on our way to work, So I call the manager to explain our order was still wrong and the woman had an attitude at first telling me I was wrong, when I went into further detail, She said I could come back and she would fix what was wrong, I explained that I couldn't asked to be put on a list or my name written down that they owe me these items. The woman said we don't do that here, you can come back now and we will fix it and hung up. Customer service is what brings people back and this is why we will no longer frequent this Establishment.
