At about 5-5:15 I tried to do an online order ( the usual way I order) last nite ( a decent order 6 steaks and a couple sides ) However, the website and the app were not operating properly so it took over an HOUR just to get the order in. I tried, in the meantime, to call the store directly to place the order after about 40 minutes of complete online frustration. A young guy answered the phone and I tell him my plight with online and that I wished to place a pickup order..................I was told.......... they have (WAIT FOR IT) NO WAY TO TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE! Seriously???????????????????????????? Has this younger generation just given up..... I wanted to ask if this kid had ever heard of a pen and paper but, thought if he already said there's NO WAY to take an order over the phone, THE POINT WAS MUTE because clearly there was no work ethic or dare I say maybe a little ingenuity that would make this kid want to actually help and/or do his job...... So two questions..... 1) if you can't take orders over the phone ...WHY ARE YOU ANSWERING THE DAMN PHONE???????? 2) IF I HAD WALKED IN OFF THE STREET WOULD YOU HAVE A WAY TO TAKE MY ORDER???????
