I placed an order at you local store in Prineville Oregon 97754 I was unable to pick up so called immediately I have pictures to prove that I called right away and they said seems I ordered from the mobile site I was unable to get a refund even though your mobile site says that you can cancel. The rep I spoke to was Carly and the supervisor was Bev according to them I am a "dick" and they won't refund my money even though they didn't give me sandwiches. They then said that I was unable to come down there or they would call the cops. I never once was unprofessional or cursed and I have multiple witness that will testify to this read more

Do not go to the Prineville location. 1. More expensive than other Subways. 2. They Will Not accept the Subway coupons that are locally mailed to us. 3. They will not allow customers to use their bathrooms, even to wash your hands. Sign says that they are out of order, even though you can watch employees walking in and out using said facilities.
