The pizza was okay - definitely not the best! The service wasn't awesome but they're also behind the counter. Ambiance is incredibly stale. Like being transported back in time but in a way that wasn't good. This place COULD be awesome. It has the potential! The music being played is like elevator music but Christmas ... it's only Nov. 16th. All of the games? They barely work and the prize locker? The little ramp in it is messed up so you couldn't get a prize even if you wanted to play. Whatever company they are using to do the games is pretty messed up it's not a good deal or fun by any means. I'm just all in all really, really disappointed. My mom ordered pizza at 4:30 pm yesterday (8/21/25) for delivery and lives about 10 minutes from this location. She still had not received her order by 6 so she called to ask for an update. The first time she called, she was put on hold for 11 minutes so she hangs up and calls back and they tell her that her order is in the oven and will be out for delivery soon. Worst pizza we've had...stale tasting, tough awful crust. We ordered the meat lovers (not sure correct name) and received about 3 pieces of meat on every piece. We ordered a 16" and a 10 " and it cost us over $$60 . We ordered these pizzas to take out to some friends for lunch. We didn't look at them and when we opened them at our friends, we were so embarrased and upset that Abby's would produce such AWFUL looking food and the taste was worse. Ordered pizza and breadsticks for dinner, and bit into my breadstick to find mold on it!! immediately ran to my kitchen to throw up, and then called my location to tell them. I was told it was just oregano and that cant be possible because the manager had made them fresh this morning. Terrible experience.... Ordered on line for pick up 1hr and 20mins later. Got there 10 mins later than my scheduled time and was told it was almost ready, just a few more minutes. Waited 10 mins. Looked around, saw no giant pizzas getting cut or coming out of the oven. So asked again and this time I said, are my pizzas even in there. And that' is when the same lady said no, they are just getting in now. So she lied, what terrible service. My time is valuable and should mean something to those in the service industry. I also noticed while waiting for no reason, 2 people not wearing gloves and handling the pizza into the boxes. Maybe it is better we did not get pizza here as their sanitation looked poor.... Disappointing. I haven't been to Abby's in a while because I cannot eat gluten and they removed their salad bar during the pandemic. Turns out, they are not bringing the salad bar back. So I decided to take a risk on their 'gluten free' pizza. I was looking at the lunch special which offers a small pizza and soda for $9 and figured it would be a few bucks extra for the gluten free crust. To my shock, it's $23!! The pizza didn't suck but it cost twice what a bigger pizza costs at MOD where you get whatever toppings you want. And MOD is worth the short drive. The pizza was hot and they got the order right. The dining room was clean and staff were pleasant too so it was not a total bust. Call me cheap but I am not willing to pay their prices for basic GF pizza again. If I go out to eat pizza, it's Abbey's for us. I have to admit, the last visit I was disappointed as one of our pizzas was not as it should have been. Not wanting to make a scene at the time, I later called and talked with Laura, the manager. I was genuinely surprised. She was so kind and understanding and went out of her way to correct the incident. just ordered a delivery pizza from here and garlic knots . both arrived not cooked through. I have ordered from here many many times , this was so undercooked it was uneatable. called the store and talked to the manager Clint , who was so rude and offensive toward women . He kept yelling and eventually hung up on me after I asked his managers name and he refused to give it: corporate was notified and will hopefully help Clint , with his "management" style . bottom line is for $60 for a giant pizza and garlic knots that had to be tossed in the trash from poor cooking time and quality control, you could go to one of the many small food truck pizza spots that have amazing pizza and the managers care about you and what they feed you. Abbys is just excellent old skool pizza. It's not a bougie gourmet pizza place, just what you would expect from a hometown old world pizza joint. It feels like what I expect a pizza place to feel like from when I was a child, in the 80's. There was a little video game arcade off to the side and the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. We are on a search for the best pizza in the greater Redmond area. So far, Abby's Legendary Pizza was the the best pizza that we have tried. We ordered Abby's Special. It was very good; however, it was not up to our expectations. We agreed that there was something missing and rated it at 8 out of 10. On our way home we decided that we should try another item or two from the menu. I really liked that idea of wings and spuds. My wife wants to try a pepperoni pizza. Another option we might try is Create Your Own Pizza to see if we can build one that meets our expectations. We will go back to Abby's Legendary Pizza; but, there are a few other pizza place that we want to try before we go back. read more

I gotta say Abby's is the Best and customer service like no other. Tonight I used my Birthday (8/25 expired and they still honored it) 7" free personal pizza - I am part of their rewards. Soooo of course ordered my Fav Taco beef not chicken. Then we ordered Ken Grant's fav The Lonestar- not on menu (steak, bbq sauce, red onion, added mushrooms, added artichokes, pineapple, bacon crumbles- GOOD) on 1/2 Other 1/2 Roasted garlic chicken- THE BEST. What we didn't notice was they gave us chicken on the Lonestar instead of steak. So she came out told us she was making us a whole new 13" 1/2 & 1/2 but with steak & credited are whole order. Plus, we ordered their cheese sticks- MANNNNN these were one of the best I have ever had actual bread not pizza dough and cheesy w/ marinara & ranch. Very happy we stopped here. Couldn't quite decide, so ordered a large half and half of the Abby's Special and Fajita Chicken pizza. Both halves were delicious, the only issue was getting the slices into your mouth without dropping a third of the toppings. Also had the Greek salad which was a nice break from the intense Pizza.
