I hate writing this review as Papa Murphy has made great pizzas in the past but I have got to say something in hopes that things can improve. We recently purchased a pizza and the crust was so bland and toppings so tasteless that after eating a piece each we threw the rest out. Not sure who these haters are writing these bad reviews my guess is that they are either employees or owners of one of the many subpar pizza parlors in this town. I've never ordered online I just walk in and walk out with a pizza in 10-15 minutes tops and that is on Tuesdays when all large pizzas are on sale and the pizzas are always awesome read more

The service at the Redmond Oregon store is great. Always friendly. The owner of this store needs to look to the customer on what to stock. Chicken BBQ only needs bbq sauce to make but only carries it a couple of months. The owner also refuses to make the Tuscan Chicken available. I have been asking for years. The Bend Store North says it is a big seller and it's available year round. Makes no sense. Also when you go to pay there is no custom option for tips. It forces you into dollar percentage options or no tip at all. This makes no sense either. Papa Murphy's in general is the best take away pizza chain out there hands down. The Redmond owner is just tone deaf to customers. read more

Slow Pizza makers, 45 to hour for a unbaked pizza. It was Tuesday their special night, Unbaked pizza can be made in 3 minutes per pizza. Too much talking and phone texting. We've been long time customers, however, the last two times we have purchased pizzas from Papa Murthy's, it has been a huge disappointment. We always order Family size, Cowboy. When we got them home the mushrooms were sliced so thin you could almost see thru them. The sauce seemed to be missing the usual extra seasoning, which, in the past, had always made the Cowboy stand out, as it had more flavor. The pepperoni was sliced very thin. Cheese had very little flavor and was pretty sparse. The crust was also different. Very disappointing to say the least!! Makes us wonder if there's been a change in ownership or management and they're trying to cut corners. What's happened, Papa Murphy's? Please bring back the original Cowboy pizza! I was extremely disappointed in the overall experience I had at this location. I stood at the register waiting for service while I was being ignored by the cashier who was counting salad dressing. it wasn't the manager reminding him to take our order. We waited for our 2 pizzas for over 40 minutes for them to be the wrong pizzas. one of them was going to be for a family member who was severely allergic to garlic which we were giving the garlic pizza. Let alone the 2 large pizzas costed almost $50. Another place I will not go to again. read more

The service was excellent and the ambiance conducive to a quick and clean shopping experience. Been a big fan for years and will come back again for the Thin Crust with Chicken, Bacon and Artichokes. Absolutely and for the first time, most disappointed in the Pizza. Did not realize that a Pizza ordered at 11:00 AM got made and put in a cooler until you picked it up at 5:00 PM. Normal cooking time is 12-14 minujtes at our altitude IF the Pizza goes in the oven at room temperature. Not knowing that the refrigerated Pizza would need some number of extra minutes to cook, it came out at 14 minutes, a normal amopunt of cooking time. Bottom crust is soggy and limp. Bad juju guys. Communication would have helped but obviously that didn't happen. It seems wrong that the customer has to do a workaround to enjoy spending money at Papa Murpheys. read more

Sigh. Second time at this location. Second time I've ordered a GF crust and second time I brought home a regular crust pizza. Today I even asked the guy who rang me up if he got the GF crust, twice, and he said yes.To some, this isn't a big deal but to me, who gets violently sick for days after ingesting gluten it's a huge deal. I really enjoy Papa Murphy's GF pizza when they get it right. I'll just have to stock up when we go to Bend since I've never had an issue there. read more

The BESTEST take and bake pizza shop in Redmond. The waiting room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is fantastic. This location has a smaller parking lot, so avoid peak times to pick up your meal. From car to car the whole transaction took about 15 minutes. Ordered Chicken Parmesan and 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 Hawaiian on gluten free crust. I am a happy girl Papa Murphy's carries Udi's gluten free crust!!! Papa Murphy's is absolutely my least favorite pizza. I can barely even get myself to eat it honestly, but I know that is just my personal taste. My mom loves it and it is her first choice, so when it's her turn to choose where we treat ourselves with pizza... this is it, sadly for me. I am giving it the 3 stars because while I think the pizza is absolutely disgusting and can barely stomach it, the service is always great. This location is clean, staff is quick and friendly, and other than me just not enjoying their pizza, we've never had any issues or major complaints, and this is after at least a dozen stops here. Sometimes we've been stuck with a long wait, but that's it, and that's to be expected occasionally. It *is* nice to grab a pizza and be able to wait to bake it when you want, I will give them that too, since that is their main selling point. It gives you more freedom of when to make it and eat it than you get when picking up pizza from somewhere that bakes it for you. read more

As a vegetarian that hasn't eaten meat in a DECADE usually I'm very careful and always inspect my food. Until today, coming home from a long hard day scarfing down a piece of my pizza my boyfriend bought, made, and reheated before I got home since I had such a long day. I gotta tell you, I'd not had a "good" pizza in literally years. I'm too cheap. The $30 or more pizzas, sorry, I can't spend my money like that. So the other day someone reminded me we have a Papa Murphy's here in Redmond. So I tried it. Oh My God, it was so NICE during all this horrible COVID nightmare to finally after all these years to have an actual GOOD pizza. The unbaked pizza smelled really good. The thin crust was truly thin. And out of the oven I was happy because once again it smelled good and fresh. You could really tell the difference from say a $5 DiGiorno frozen pizza from the store which I like just fine but there's no comparison with fresh. And the prices at Papa Murphy's don't make my eyes bleed. The place was immaculate and clean. Only thing I'd suggest is avoid the dinner time rush and get your pizza much earlier in the day to take some of the pressure off everyone. But you can't go wrong if you like pizza. Being born and raised in the Northwest, I am all about Papa Murphy's. Trying to explain this place to people not familiar usually draws odd looks. "It not cooked!?" I love me some Papa Murphy's. Memories of childhood pizza nights watching Star Trek TNG with the family and eating pepperoni pizza. So when I was in Bend and saw this place was around I had to make a trip here. We grabbed a few pizzas and went home (after calling ahead to get the oven ready of course) and dropped these badboys in. The inside of this PMs was really clean and well lit. Nice big menus, and a clean counter and creation line with plenty of staff on hand to make the pizzas, calzones, salads, etc. Prices are still great and I wish we had one of these where I lived. The pizza came out great and everyone enjoyed it. I recognize I have a lot of nostalgia associated with this chain and know the pizza isn't the best in the world, but it's fresh and I like it when I change it. read more

We are visiting from Boston and needed to feed a group last night. This place came highly recommended. Let me just say we've been spoiled by the locals here in Oregon. Everyone is remarkably friendly and accommodating; something we just aren't accustomed to in Massachusetts. We were really impressed with the business model of this place, etc. It is clearly popular and it was packed. Since this was our first visit, we asked one of the young people making the food if he would help us determine how many slices we would get out of a pizza. Answering reasonable questions while simultaneously constructing a pizza was apparently a daunting task because he spiraled pretty quickly. It was a reasonable question: "How many slices is that pizza you make every day for your job." A simple approximation was all we needed. Round up. Whatever. Instead, he cleverly replied, "It's do-it-yourself. Cut it however you want. Put it in a blender for all I care." I'm 41 with a family and my mother is traveling with us. In Boston we don't tolerate people speaking to our mother like that. I took the cue from my mom and kept it moving to the register (this was difficult because this little boy needed a verbal spanking). Thankfully, the young man at the counter's attitude more than made up for the sarcastic snot-nose we had just encountered. He answered all of our questions with a smile and honored the online coupon I had just discovered. He was remarkably pleasant. The franchise owners should be proud of their establishment because the pizza was delicious. I'll dig into the leftovers today. read more

The pizza is good but the workers at this location seem a little nuts. Every time we come in with a texted coupon they seem to be scared to honor it at which point the cashier will try to consult with other workers who have to stop making pizza in order to huddle up and determine whether the coupon that was texted to us that day is valid. It seems to me to be a pretty straightforward process these days to sign up for text coupons that come directly to your phone. Why the confusion? Why am I made to feel like I'm getting away with something when I'm simply redeeming a coupon that was sent directly to my phone from the store? Today the extra worker that was consulted by the cashier managed to hastily rip off her gloves, put on her reading glasses, and inspect my phone as if I was lying. To this I said well, it was sent to my phone I'm not sure what else I could do? She then questioned whether it was for this location. I replied that I didn't know but I would assume so since I just signed up for papa Murphy coupons. At this point she rolled her eyes and said I guess just give it to her and huffed away. I worked at this pappa murphys here in redmond for about 5 years,and i will never forgot how clean this place is. Everything is fresh, it took 8 hours a day to prep everything to perfection,it was like a little pizza mill lol i still go in there to this day and order pizza and it still looks just as clean as the day i left there.
