Takes a very long time for them to prepare or take your order. Seems like the employees are just there to hang out. Food was fresh tho.

NEW I just went in to order food with my service dog. I have a disability and although not required to explain I do have documentation that is supported by the ADA. I walked over and the girl with glasses and dark hair in a ponytail (I was told is the manager) was incredibly rude and told me to have my dog wait outside she very rudely yelled it across the store with a complete attitude it appeared she had friends or family as the only other customers. I then tried to stand at the door to online order and just grab my Sandwich and she said "I need the dog outside NOW!!" I understand it's a food establishment (it's legal to have a service animal at all times as is in the state of Wyoming) she was so insulting and as I walked out she yelled "go somewhere else!" I didn't get a chance to explain I have a disability not that I need to. Legally. I will never come here again and was refused any kind of company information. This was humiliating and disgusting. This business clearly discriminates and when I called the boy who answered told me there is no contact number for any Human Resources or owner. It's freezing out and people don't need to treat others/customers that way. It was discriminatory and honestly just plain trashy. Went across the way to Pizza Hut and had complete respectful communication and was served.. Get better employees who are capable of respecting others and know the public's rights. The hours of this place is 9am to 9pm... I got here at 8:59 so I looked at the hours and thought they should open any minute.. I waited about 10 mins and this girl comes out saying I'm not open yet. I said I know I will wait. She goes well I don't have a time when I will be ready to serve.. the tone she said it in what made me wanna give them a bad review.. I worked at the restaurants myself.. and if we open at 9am we come at 8am to get everything ready for customers.. why would you even have the hours on displayed when your not going to open it on time.. or I should say when you don't know when you'll open it.. she probably woke up wrong side of the bed. This is actually directed to the store manager and/or regional manager Start with the good -I was able to redeem Ultra credits so two foot longs cost me just under a buck Now, the rest -4 employees working, only 1 making sandwiches for 3 people waiting in line; not to mention the gentleman in front of me ordering 3 foot longs -No toaster oven -No roast beef -No mustard: they had mustard in stock, just nobody had it prepared for when they ran out of the bottle up front -No change This store is DRASTICALLY unprepared. Robert did his best, but he's not a 1-man show nor she he be expected to be. I gave the overall experience 1 star because I wasn't allowed to give it -4 stars. read more

Grass grows faster out here than the people working. Painfully. Slow. I watched people leave the line because it was moving so slow. Restaurant next door is probably faster TBH. They were also out of pickles, black olives, jalopanoes AND banana peppers. read more

The girl who made our sandwiches was really nice. Our sandwiches were exactly what you expect at Subway. -1 for the tables being dirty.
