I told him word for word every ingredient that I wanted on my sub and he even reread it back to me. He asked if I wanted lettuce tomatoes and mayo I said no. Then I get back to my dorm and see two ingredients I ordered were NOT on my sub and 3 ingredients I did NOT order were on my sub. I called the phone and was handed to a manger. He was very rude, told me I'd get a refund within 3-4 business days, and told me to have a better day and hung up the phone on me. It has now been a week and I have still NOT RECEIVED my refund. I'm very disappointed at how this situation was handled and I would like to receive my refund asap!

I've lived in the New York metropolitan area as well as Chicago so consider myself a bagel gal. Service was friendly. Scallion cream cheese was outstanding! They were able to split my order into two boxes, split the cream cheese into four small containers, and provide me with all the coffee and supplies I needed. Also, the bagels and Chai latte were delicious and so was the cream cheese! I'm definitely glad I swung by! I will certainly be back to try a muffin later.
