That has nothing to do with their taste, they are delicious. The bread is fresh with a great texture, the meats and cheese are solid, and Mike's way with the juice is just how I like a cold sub. The problem I have is the price. Splitting a Giant sub with someone else plus chips and drink is 25 bucks! That is a little extreme. So, this lends itself to being very angry when the sub-maker cheats me on the amount of meat/cheese on the sandwich, and there is a location closer to me that can go either way on that. At this location, not only was the staff friendly and conversational, they really loaded it up with a proper amount of meat and cheese! They also let me know that, if you ever feel like you're being slighted, you can ask for the meat to be weighed. Combine an excellent sandwich with a stocked and clean restaurant and staff that appear to somewhat enjoy being there... and you have a winning Jersey Mike's.
