I could tell they are short staffed as the drive in order board was full, flashing red and the gentleman at the front was moving frantically everywhere. I was never acknowledged nor was the delayed order. I asked why the extreme wait time while others were being served. Fifteen minutes later he collected my receipt and began to make the order. This location is not in our immediate vicinity or a place we frequent so I am not much concerned. I am concerned about the lack of immediacy we received that the displaced man did not. Money is money, service is service, a person is a person and overall we each deserve respect when it is in the absence of disrespect.
