I conduct a lot of taste testing as a foodie on Hong Kong style food. I also loved the "toss noodle" that I ordered. The noodle broth on the side with chives was authentic and tasty. I will return to Daimo this week and taste test the noodle broth and check for consistency. Once again, to the chef who made the noodle broth on Easter Sunday: please don't change anything with this noodle broth. We are living in Novato now . A few minutes later, I saw the waitress and pulled her aside to discreetly tell her there was plastic in my brother's meal. She told me she wanted to see it ( kind of with a tone of 'I don't believe you'), and I brought her over to the dish to show her. She didn't say anything, so I said we would happily pay for the other dishes, but could my brother's meal be comped for the choking hazard?
