No smiles, you don't get greeted when they see you. I have been in line waiting when no one's at the register numerous times, when someone finally comes out of the kitchen they stand there with a blank stare, as if saying "what do you want?" Many times an order was supposed to be ready when I arrive, according to the app, and they haven't started making it yet.
