went to the southern and Unser location to have lunch there and it was unsatisfying to enjoy my food due to the place being so hot felt like I was still outside. The employees were so polite and apologized for it being hot and i felt bad the management need to do better on making the atmosphere enjoyable to eat at and support the employees with cooler workplace. i give big props to all the workers that worked this afternoon to deal with that and also deal with customers that came in. read more

Never in my entire life have i EVER made an account specifically to put a review I usually love this place but they really don't pay attention to what you are ordering. I ordered a #55 with everything And a #43 for my brother I got chipotle mayo on my Philly (#55) and It wasn't even a chicken Philly like I asked for. The chipotle hot sub my brother order had all my peppers and jalapeños on it. I'm unsure what happened. I've been getting lazy service for about 4 or 5 months now. Ordered through delivery a Club and Chicken Philly without cheese. Upon delivery the club was so saturated with oil it was falling apart. I ate half of it and tossed the other half. Horrible after taste. My wife's Chicken Philly was loaded with beef and had nothing else. Disappointed! read more

During the pandemic, we've been supporting restaurants by ordering delivery. Until recently, Jersey Mike's was one of our favorites to order from. The food was always good, made correctly and delivered in a timely manner. Our most recent experience has completely changed my once positive opinion. We ordered on the Jersey Mike's app with no problem. Our sandwiches showed up on time, but the order was wrong. We were shorted a half a sandwich. I called the store to see what could be done to fix the situation, and the female employee I spoke to seemed helpful. Since it was my husband's sandwich that was incorrect, I had her on speakerphone so that he could hear the conversation and resolution. She said she would remake it right away and have it re-delivered. She said she still had the ticket, and I even asked if she needed our address or anything. She said that she didn't need any info. After an hour and a half and no sandwich, I called back. I finally got to talk to her again, and this time she was rude. She claimed she had told me I could come pick up the sandwich. I reiterated that mine had originally been a delivery order and that she had said the sandwich would be re-delivered. Her response was a very snotty, "NO, I didn't!" I could understand if I had misheard something, but my husband heard the same as what I heard, and it is NOT what she claimed she said. Why would I even be willing to go pick up a sandwich that I had paid extra to have delivered? Had I known she would only do pick up, I would have asked for a different resolution. No alternative resolutions were offered for their mistake. At no time was I rude or impolite to her, and the conversation ended after several seconds of silence. She hung up on me. At least I was able to get the sandwich refunded after 24 hrs through a message placed in the app. Although we really enjoy their sandwiches, neither my husband nor I have any desire to put up with rude employees. read more

If you want a decent sandwich freshly made, you will even get a freshly sliced one. Subway used to be decent, but now there are more options and Jersey Mikes is a good one. There are 3 sizes to choose from and plenty of options between hot and cold sandwiches. While I haven't earned any rewards yet, there is a frequent buyer program attached to your cell number should you want it. I usually go when I'm feeling like an Italian sub-- they slice the meat right onto your bread and it comes Mike's way (lettuce, onions, etc.) unless you opt out. The red pepper relish is delicious and the have deli mustard if you ask for it. Worth a trip for at least one try and reasonably priced for the quality. read more

I got to this location 5 minutes before closing which I know sucks because I have been in restaurant work since I was 15 so for 37 years. It's the worst but it is part of the responsibility in restaurant. I was at the hospital and we were hungry and tired. I walked in and they were cleaning up. The guy Troy at the counter told me sorry we're done. No eye contact no service. I asked about them closing at 9:00 and he said we're done. I asked for the managers number and then he offered to make me something. I didn't want it then. I didn't trust him with my food at that point. He refused to give me his manager's number. The only negative is that they don't give you an estimated pick up time when you place your order online. Nor do you get a confirmation for your order. Should I cross my fingers and hope that my order went through? Like, should I guess when it's ready? 5-10 minutes? 30 minutes? A ballpark number would be nice. On the internet and on the door it says that Jersey Mike's closes at 9pm. I walked up to the door at 8:20pm and find out that the door is already locked. Had the turkey sub with asiago bread. Ordered Mike's way minus onions. It took a couple of repeats to get the order right. For the most part, it was fine. No real complaints but nothing amazing. I would recommend it over Subway for a turkey sub. The bread was good. They messed up one order and just put turkey and cheese no condiments which was strange. Love, love, love Jersey Mike's Subs! This is a step above the rest and if you are looking for not the crunch bread of Dion's (also the bomb.com) this is a great alternative. During our self-quarantine time, you can definitely GrubHub it and it comes in a nice taped bag. I recommend get it "Mike's Way" with lettuce, sliced red onions and vinegar/oil, it is delicious on any sandwich. Don't for get the chips, they have sea salt and vinegar if you are into that. Best subs in town. The workers are always friendly and are tentative to their customers. They also have a points reward system which is extremely helpful when you have a teenage boy in the house going through a massive growth spurt. I however am just a little sad that they removed our favorite menu item which was the chicken parm. Picked up some sandwiches and cookies for brunch last Sunday. The cookie was raw inside and my friend only realized after he finished it. He ended up getting extremely ill and we had to cut our day short. Went back to the store and the manger only wanted to refund the cookies. I asked for a refund for the sandwiches because they could not be eaten. The manager argued and stated that he couldn't refund the rest of our order. Bought a gift certificate thru KKOB radio that the locale Jersey Mike's wouldn't accept for over a month. Didn't find out until I showed up to pick up order. So I had to pay cash as the employee claimed that store had no gift cards on hand and therefor couldn't take my gift certificate. Was told they would get more in a few days. Waited a month before trying again. Again store refused to honor gift certificate I had purchased. The certificate comes with only 6 months before expiration so I contacted Jersey Mike's customer (no) service department. They claimed that they don't work with 3rd parties but the certificate may or may not be legit. I called another location who said they would accept so I had to drive 10 miles extra to use. read more

I have been eating at this location ever since they opened their doors. The employees have always been very friendly up until now. I went in a few days ago and spent $15.00 for a meal. They were not busy when I finished eating and I went up to talk to the employees after I ate. The young lady working simply walked away very rudely. There was also a young kid working and frankly I would not want him making any of my sandwiches. He blurted out "I'M NOT INTERESTED!!!" then proceeded to swear at me under his breath. Today, I went to jersey mikes subs with my grandson Micheal after his baseball game. I ordered a 6 six inch turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and vinegar, and after measuring it was actually only 4 and a half inches. The employee would not give me another free sandwich after expressing my issue. I went into the bathroom only to find that they had cucumber scented soap, i am allergic to cucumber and had to use baby wipes from my purse, do they not understand that some people have allergies? They also offered no toilet sheets to protect me from germs and the toilet paper was 1 ply. Disappointing. My grandson enjoyed his meal which is what moved me to rate more than 2 stars. Like the other review mentioned, we placed our order online, waited a few minutes then rolled out to pick our stuff up. Keep in mind, it was 20 minutes between the time it was submitted online to when we walked through the door. None of the order was made, no other customers in there which could've delayed the cooking process.....soooo...I mean, what gives? Walked in and said we were there for our stuff, the gal behind the counter looked a little bewildered when she looked around & then saw the ticket just hangin' out in the printer. Come on, now. This location is starting out on the wrong foot, which is a shame considering we've always had a great experience with the Coors store aside from the location we frequented back in California.
