I re-visited this location to try their spicy tiny tacos. Cruised through the drive thru and had quick service. Almost ordered an egg roll until they told me that 15 tiny tacos come in the box. That's a great value for only $3.50! When I got them home, they were still warm and I popped open the box to see that impressive red color. See attached picture. The tacos shell consisted of what seemed to be a pressed tiny corn tortilla. I say pressed because they weren't crispy from being fried. Inside the tortilla was delicious, juicy chicken meat. The taco shell was spicy, but not with over the top heat. They gave me one container of buttermilk ranch and two containers of creamy avocado lime dipping sauces. My tip: get only the creamy avocado lime sauce, it is spectacular and pairs perfectly with the mini tacos. You will need four containers of sauce for all 15 tacos. My overall impression, this was certainly not the best taco I've ever had. However, it was a great, eye appealing appetizer and paired with the sauce definitely a four star honoree. Also, I liked the tiny tacos a lot more than the Buttery Jack burger! read more

Clean, quick and friendly! Everything you want in your Jack-in-the-Box. Restaurant is fairly new, still looks good. The bathrooms were immaculate. I could not believe how clean they were. Manager, Mia set the standard excellence. I had to meet her after I saw how clean the bathrooms were. Looked inside the kitchen. It looked like it was top-notch also. Food came out fresh and clean tasting, not stale or recooked. This Jack-in-the-Box in Bernalillo should be the benchmark for all others. District manager promote this girl. read more

Just got a coffee from here and they didn't even ask what kind I wanted I'm assuming they gave me mocha because it tastes like literal chocolate milk if you guys are out of coffee that's fine you can just say "hey we don't have that right now" but giving me a chocolate milk and labeling it as coffee is just bad business there isn't even a hint of coffee in my drink this is ridiculous I just paid near 5$ for my drink to taste like it was made for a child read more

These guys are rock stars when it comes to customer service. Greet you hello when you walk in they talk to you they ask you about the menu what you've tried would you like to try they are great. The manager had me try their egg rolls because I asked why would Jack-in-the-Box have egg rolls, they are actually really good. read more

Jack in the box, more like "crack" in a box! These guys sure do know how to lure you in with their interesting menu items more specifically the late night cravings menu! I've tried the Chicken Tater Melt, the loaded fries, and most recently the Loaded and Sauced Chili Cheese Curly Fries! Wow! Talk about creative! Granted it's no premium burger like Revel or the Holy Cow downtown but it is what it is... fast food! Sometimes you just want a meal quick and ready to eat. This joint doesn't disappoint the menu has quite a selection that caters to just about everyone even offering some dishes with rice in an Asian style. Their drive thru at this location I was fortunate to be the only customer so they served me quick. I decided to try the Chocolate Milkshake. Oh boy! Talk about a real hook real easily get you addicted on a sugar binge and turn you into a sugar junkie! The milkshakes are hand scooped similar to Carl's Jr. pumping some of the chocolate syrup. Everytime I go to Jack in the Box I regret it. The workers are so incompetent, rude, and super stingy with the sauces. I don't know why I keep thinking that I'm going to come around to Jack in the Box. I hope this time I remember to NOT give Jack in the Box another chance. Two little ranches for a LARGE order of curly fries?!?! Seriously?!?! I'm going to run out of ranch and have to throw away half of the curly fries because I have no ranch to dip them in. And since when is asking for no ice in your soda such an impossible request that you need to wait for permission fist?!?! Terrible service from Manager at store #1263 Order at the box was sub par. Non enthusiastic and sounded sad to be there. When I got to the window I asked if they had Apple Pay, I had forgot my wallet at home, the Manager said they did. I tried to pay with multiple cards four times. Manager insisted it was my fault, I believe he implied I did not have money. I am appalled at the service I received. I don't come here often because of the location and now I won't come back because of the service. It's fast food, I can eat down the road. read more

We all know Jack in the Box food right? Delicious tacos, burgers, egg rolls etc. Everything on their menu is tasty, but what really sets this location apart from any other is the excellent customer service! I never go into any fast food or regular restaurants for that matter with high expectations anymore, because most employees are just anxious to get to the back to their cell phones, but ALL the people that work here really set the bar higher. I'll choose to spend my money in a place with great service and personality any day over a chain who only cares about slapping your order together as fast as possible. Jack in the Box is Jack in the Box. Pretty standardized. What makes this restaurant stand out are the wonderful employees. Doesn't matter when you go, who waits on you, they are consistently pleasant. I think the manager and his employees all deserve kudos. Not an easy job but they pull it off very nicely. read more
