You are asked to put on gloves and take a tray, as you choose your bowl ingredients. I appreciate that, but there is still going to be cross-contamination. I was pleased at the variety of items that you can add, including pepperoni and different sauces. The sauce station, however, is a little messy. People were spilling stuff trying to pour sauces into the little metal cups provided. Perhaps putting sauces in squirt bottles would be a little easier. I have seen some places that have "recipes" that tell you how much of an ingredient to create a certain profile. Food was cooked pretty quickly. Our waiter was the only one working. He did check on us, but forgot to refill my soda, so he took it off the bill. I appreciated that. I might go back, but there are so many good food places in ABQ that I wouldn't rush back.
