AVOID THIS LOCATION! They could improve service. There are about 4 places to stop between them and the freeway! Why would you lock your traveling customers out of your restrooms?? They don't even keep the restroom clean enough for that rule. It's a one room, unisex bathroom that a code must be generated on your receipt for you to use and the sign on the door says if you argue about it they will kick you out. I would say the food is ok, but I didn't order it the way I usually do because I had to urinate so bad I was in tears while ordering. So while you're traveling down I-5 to your destination... stop at any other Subway. Your business will be more appreciated than it is here! read more

This Subway is a short distance from I5, but it's an easy off and on if you are in a hurry to get back on the road. There is less of a touristy feel to this Subway than some of the ones that are close to a freeway. Noon time can be busy as people who work close by come by to pick up lunch. There were extra sandwich makers during this time so it wasn't a long wait to get a sandwich. There are a few tables for eating in, but a large group would be hard pressed to get a table together. read more

What can I say? This Subway is a good, clean business. We stopped in for a bite on our way to Ashland and the place was pretty empty. The staff member (possibly the manager?) helped us. He was very friendly, polite and generous with the ingredients he put in our sandwiches. Unfortunately, the credit card reader was acting up so he invited us to sit and have our meal while he tried to figure out the machine. We ended up finishing our meal before he could fix it so we just paid in cash. No big deal. I just liked the way that he cared about customer service first before worrying about getting paid. Also, the bathrooms were clean. Nice place and I wouldn't mind stopping in again the next time we're passing through on I-5. read more

This is your basic subway. Nothing new or exceptional about this location. The food and service is admirable, as is the lobby's cleanliness. Its location is in a great spot near I-5 and Harvard Blvd. During school days, this location gets extremely busy around lunch time, due to its proximity to the RHS (Roseburg High School). A big plus for this Subway is that they are next to While Away Books and Grocery Outlet, so there is plenty of parking. read more

This store is grossly mismanaged. They are chronically short staffed and often run out of ingredients. But if you like to look at the guys underwear who is making your sandwich, this is the place to go! At least the staff is friendly. read more

First, let me state that I really don't expect much by way of atmosphere, presentation or fine dining from any fast food establishment. What I do expect is basic customer service, courtesy and maybe a simple thank you. This is not the first time I have had this issue with this particular Subway unfortunately. The first time I just dismissed the matter as the person working just having a bad day. However, the second time (two different employees)...is the last time. I ordered a straight forward off the menu Italian Sub...nothing special. Both employees acted worn out like they had just ran the mile in 2 minutes. I honestly find it depressing walking into any business to drop a buck (or in this case $8+) and having someone act like you are interrupting their snapchat or nappy time. The negativity on the separate two occasions (over the span of one year) and while different employees has always been the same. That distinct I don't want you to be here "ugh" vibe hits you immediately from the moment you enter until you flee questioning why you ever even stopped. I get it...fine...the pay is probably not great BUT you are being paid and not forced to be there. Leave the pouty "life sucks" attitude at home because after all, customer service is what brings customers back (I know...a novel thought) and sadly...little to none were found on either occasions. Showed up 20 min before it was open and door was locked. I was going back into my car when the store manager (Tyson) followed me out to tell me he was set up and could make my sandwich. I figured he must have been the owner and when I found out he wasn't, I felt the need to publicly post this so the owner could realize the value of this employee.
