I don't like leaving bad reviews because there's always good to somewhere where you go so I have to say food is so bland. There's no taste to it. The hamburger taste like the french fries and the french fries steak like the milkshakes go figure. The ambience is fun. It's fun for all ages. It's bright it's cherry I like that Service. I honestly can't give you a really good review about it because you're in a car and your run through the drive-through like at like a gaggle of cattle it's like hurry up give me your order hurry up and get out of here, but I believe they're all young as all in there so we got our food in a timely manner when we got home maybe that's the problem is is that they don't put enough time in their food to actually give it flavor. Ambiance is an old time burger joint. In and Out seems very standard-no matter the location. All busy, all have happy fun employees and all have freshly made burgers and fries. You can get all permutations of that burger and French fries. Single, Double, Triple, Protein style with no buns, Animal style (mustard fried into each patty, plus pickles, chopped grilled onions and an extra helping of In-N-Out's Thousand Island sauce). I'm saddened by what's happening with In-n-Out. As a 5 decade customer of SoCal In-n-Out I'm afraid the same thing is happening to our beloved in-n-out as so many other SoCal treasures that tried to go elsewhere. Not to mention great places like Krispy Kreme that was so good before it tried to go nation wide. I wish the young owner of In-n-Out would slow down and bring back quality over quantity. The shakes used to be good. Now they are awful. The sauce is not the same as it used to be since making it in bulk and packaging it. And even the fires have lost their original yumminess. We have visited In-n-Out in 4 states in the last 2 months and I've been mourning a piece of my childhood that I once soooo looked forward to. Anytime you get to big you lose that special something. Of the 4 locations in Oregon (at the time of this review) this is by far my favorite one! The ease of access from the freeway is ideal for road trips. The other locations look like they're right off the freeway but you have to navigate through additional stop lights and shopping centers, but not with this one which is why it's my favorite. The parking lot is large and well designed and the outdoor seating at this location is extensive with plenty of accessible tables available. Inside the location looks just like the others but with some additional counter seating and it was basically empty, so the vibe was totally chill which I've never experienced at an In N Out, especially not on a Saturday night. Do people not know about this location?! Whatever the reason, I'm grateful. :) The staff is kind and the food is exceptional. The fries at this location were perfection - perfectly cooked and salted. I can't stop thinking about them. And my double double was delicious, per usual. IN-N-OUT is a road trip stable for us and now this location is on my preferred list! read more

An excellent In-n-Out! Very convenient location right off the freeway. I've been to many locations and this one really is one of the best I've visited. Burgers are fresh and well-made. I went through the drive-thru. Friendly service through speaker box and with 3 employees in person at pay and pick-up windows. Food: 1/2 chocolate 1/2 strawberry shake, and cheeseburger were good. Fries were just ok good though. That's In-N-Out's flaw and we all know it... their fries kinda suck, I'm not sure why, maybe the way they're cooked or something. They are unique but they could definitely improve them. Hopefully one day! I went inside to use the bathroom/wash hands. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting, bathroom was also clean. The service, as usual, was both fast and friendly! However, the time in which we spent in the drive line was borderline ridiculous. We waited for such a long time that I took off my shoes and leaned back in my seat! I could have taken a sufficient nap! When we got our food it made it all worth it. With In n out burger being a successful organization with roots from the hustle and bustle of Southern California where I grew up and with customers who I would say would be more picky about less issues than the one I am going to express. Leading In n Out to have high standards. The order that I received today had two straw wrappers in two separate fry baskets one balled up and the other was 1/3 of a straw wrapper along with an open salt packet. Not very pleased with trash being found in my families fry order. In n out has a great reputation for customer service and performance of quality in their service and food preparation. I'm sad to say that I am not surprised that this experience with this product of in n out would be this location. Two stars are given with the benefit of the doubt and that the burgers them selves were still delicious. Just not pleased with trash being dished with two of the fry's ordered. Lastly; not professional for the drive through employee to call customers "bro" - separate incident but since I am on the subject of improvement I wanted to add that in. I don't get the hype. It's an ok burger and mediocre fries in my opinion. I went on the early side of lunchtime and ordered my meal. Honestly, I was a bit surprised how long it took. They only make fries and burgers, so the menu isn't complicated. It wasn't too crowded, but I think most people do the drive through. I am so excited In-N-Out is in Roseburg! I went on opening day. The drive thru and parking situation is a challenge but the food is worth it! If you drive in from Stewart Pkwy to Aviation it directs you right to the drive thru lane. The parking lot is small and like a jigsaw puzzle. read more
