My experience at this store was not good. I got a promo code as a t mobile customer. In order to redeem it, I have yo place an online order. But their online order for this store is off. So I called and was told that all coupons need to be redeemed in store. So I drove by, and the manger told me that this t mobile deal can only be redeemed online. He tried yo call the center to open their online store but was on hold. We spent about 10 minutes on this but still didn't not get solved. After speaking to the manager, I was offered the deal without placing an online order, because their online order was still off. I was helping an older man with a garage sale, and he tried to call for delivery pizza for the people that were helping him. He was unceremoniously told that they couldn't help him. He needed to do it online. So as a fairly tech savvy person, 40 years younger than the elderly man, I tried to get on and order pizza myself. It was impossible unless I knew just exactly what I wanted and even then things like Canadian bacon were not obvious. I called the store to get assistant, and the young lady told me that she couldn't help me with anything related to online not even to explain where a particular meat was or what it might be called. They refused to serve me my order when they realized I was feeding a homeless person. I hope they go out of business, even if they do donate their food waste to The Mission, (who would not have the resources to help the homeless guy I wanted to feed and give a cold drink to on a hot day). Super gross of them to act like he wasn't a person too. Absolutely infuriating to be an adult with a couple bucks to spare and not be allowed to help a homeless guy out because of service refusal on the grounds I was buying it for a homeless guy qho didnt ask me for anything. The refusal to give me the owners name so I could complain directly to management was absolutely unprofessional and a severe misuse of assistant managerial power. Try any other establishment than this one. If the owner really has a policy you may not buy food for the homeless, he needs to be run out of business. While the employees that answered the phone ( within three rings), were polite and energetic. I am very unsatisfied with this place. We live a ways out of town and called our order in for pick up. None of the pizzas we ordered, were available to add topping. we were charged to have the amount of cheese reduced on one of the pizzas. I paid extra for toppings that we were not able add to pizza. fifty dollars later, I had my girlfriend pickup our food. When she arrived home with the food, there was no sides (which I paid 3 dollars extra for). when I called to advise them of the mistake, my options were to drive all the way back to town or to get a credit for the three bucks. As it costs me more than 3 dollars to drive back to town, I had to take credit. I advised I would not be ordering from here again and requested a refund. After all this, the manager advised me that I was not able to get a refund and was only able to get a credit. After making sure the credit could be used by anyone else (as I will not order ever again), I thanked them and hung up. I do not review often, but when I spend fifty dollars for dinner and the order was not complete, I expect at least a refund of the money I spent for the items I did not get. We were not even offered complimentary food items. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Truly disappointing experience. read more
