Love the pizza, love the chicken wings, and I love the Parmesan nuggets. It's all good.

I have ordered from this dominos for years, usually it's good. it has been getting worse over time. Today was by far the worst experience I've ever had with dominos. First off, a medium pie is the size of what a small used to be, I can't even imagine what a small is these days. The middle of the pie was so soggy, I don't think it was cooked throughly. Just mush. The wings, just a big ball of dough, also mush. Had a couple drops of sauce. They were nasty. $5.00 added fee, I don't reremember that before, I could be wrong but as bad as it was, that was too much. Dominos has lost my business. read more

Normally 5 stars but thin crust and thick crust pizzas were barely warm. Then the boxes were crushed like someone's foot or fist was put into them. The thick crust had cheese stuck to the top of the box where it was indented and pushed down. The amount of force it took to crease the box causing an indent wasn't from heavy boxes stacked. Maybe some one fell and their hand or elbow hit the pizza. I don't know, but in all my years of getting pizza delivery I never had it arrive like this and almost cold. My Brooklyn style (thin crust) was over cooked, the outer crust was hard and pizza was dry. I used to order this pretty often Year's ago and the crust it seems to be different as well. Not so fresh and foldable. I think they're using premade frozen crusts for this pizza as well as the "hand tossed". I have started ordering the pan pizza because the pan pizza crust/dough is much better. Very disappointed. Guess I'll start using grub-hub to get pizza from somewhere else. Between their delivery fee and the tip I spend between $10-$12 to have pizza delivered from Dominoes. read more

Yep! This is the place for pizza. We are so excited to order pizza from dominos after our neighbors ordered tonight. Their delivery driver Isah was fantastic! Excellent customer service timeliness and just exceeds what you would expect from a pizza delivery driver. I cannot wait to give him kudos to corporate and hope his manager and team appreciate him as much as we did, and we weren't the ones who placed the order. Ordered three large pizzas on a special. Pepperoni and pineapple, chicken bacon with white sauce, and pepperoni. We also ordered 10 wings and a house salad with vinaigrette. This location charges $1 for parmasean, but it comes in a little shaker, which I found more convenient than the packets they normally give you. I was able to feed 5 adults and 4 kids for around $40. Domino's doesn't deliver to Canyonville so we had to pick it up, but everyone loved the pizza, and I loved the prices. read more

Dinner from dominoes last night. Thought I ordered a Mediterranean sub, but got a sub called an Italian sub. Careful, my sub had some salami and 6slices of peperoncini, said I didn't order the Mediterranean sub was why they made it like that, with no onion ,no red pepper, no cheese, now no customer. Obviously, Dominos isn't going to be gourmet fancy pizza but it is damn good pizza. We are really limited on good pizza that comes with good customer service in Roseburg. Dominos has been my go to for years and I have never had a bad pizza. We usually order here 1-3 times a month depending on when I don't have time to cook. It's cheap, it's ALWAYS hot, and it's good. Plus they offer gluten free crust which is one of the better tasting ones I have found. However, as soon as the gluten free crust gets cold it is like a brick to try to bite in to. (Pizza tip: warm in microwave for 30 seconds--problem gone!) Anyways, we're very happy with our Roseburg dominos. They work hard, I've never seen them not busy. They have like 10 delivery cars going at once sometimes and you see their cars all over town. read more

I'd u want dominos pizza, stick with the day shift. I ordered pasta and pizza tonight and the pasta was as hard as a rock, dry as a bone and burnt. The pizza was extremely salty and cold, as usual. This does not happen with day drift. Their pizza and pasta get to you hot and never dry. Night shift is also cocky and errogent even though they do have friendly drivers. read more

Firstly, I absolutely love the online app. It is amazingly accurate to the minute tracking your order progress. Now, for the pizza.... I went from hating dominoes to absolutely loving them! Customizing your order is easy as can be. I like starting with a base pizza and then adding to it. Such as the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza and then add olives, jalapeños, and spinach. First of all I'm on a trip from out of state, then your deliver the pizzas to my hotel room which were UN CUT, then your employee has the nerve to call me a liar as I'm looking at my pizza. Then when I show up and show my UN CUT pizza the night manager says shell void my order out. I said thank you and we were on our way with a new pizza. That should've been the end of it right? The staff here is incredibly rude. This is the worst Domino's I have ever been too. The staff made horrible racial comments towards myself, my husband, my newborn daughter, my brother, and my sister in law. I will be contacting the district manager because the comments that were made were extremely inappropriate. My sister in law is a woman of color and the staff used derogatory/slang terms towards her. Italian sandwich, Burnt on the outside, raw dough on the inside, the sandwich consisted of 3 small pieces of yellow peppers and 1 sliver of green pepper with the most saltiest meats! Literally the worst experience with this place ever. I order pizza here once or more every two weeks and have never had an issue. Waited over an hour and a half for our dinner to get here and staff to tell us their managers said they aren't allowed to deliver our dinner even though they said they did and never called. The alleged "manager" Hagen was very rude. After the i goal order was placed were told we would be charged two delivery fees for one order which consisted of a mix and match deal and another pizza only to be told that couldn't happen and then someone to call after we attempted to change our order and say it was 2 minutes away and we couldn't change it. 45 minutes go by and no dinner shows up so we call AGAIN only to have staff be very rude be put on hold ridiculous times all for them to lie and say they called and a driver knocked when WE WERE OUTSIDE. worst experience ever. read more

Disgusting food, consistently terrible. I've been ordering from this Domino's for about six months now, sometimes regularly. It was okay at first and the pizza was consistently above average. But now when I order food here it usually comes back nearly inedible. The most recent time - and this is a typical example of the food I get - I ordered a pizza and it was smothered in so much pizza sauce the sauce was literally leaking out of the box. I ordered pizza all the time online with no problem until I moved to Roseburg first order was great. as soon as I hit order a week later it was showing my pizza being made. then it stopped working and showed that my number I used all the time was not being tracked "Oops. We weren't able to find any valid orders associated with that phone number. Could your order be associated with another phone number?" WTF! so I called to find out what happened to my pizza and this rude employee tried to say that my number was wrong even though my number is on my profile that is on my cell phone I am using to call them! so that means it working! but the employee said he tried to call me to see if I needed green peppers on a pizza that already comes with green peppers:( "Deluxe" he gave me a 306 number that was not on my profile or order info! someone is lying and need's to be fired!! dominos you lost a customer unless things change. read more

Good god! Hot pizzas. So steamy hot when they arrived, I almost burnt my fingers picking up a slice. Fast service, correctly made, good flavor; especially the right amount of garlic hint to the outer crust - doesn't get left for the dog. A few negatives: Could have put the extra cheese on top of the other toppings to help "bind" them in place. I know it's not going to happen, but, need to ditch the Barq's root beer for A&W or Mug - over carbonated and bland tasting. Also, need to fix the online system so I can select root beer as a choice (only had Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke); which caused me to call in to alter my order - sort of defeats the purpose of doing it online. Overall, great pizza. Beats Pizza Hut by a mile, (especially since P.H. closes at 10:00 p.m. every night, including weekends!?!) - love the option to order late. read more

I was so very disappointed...I usually love Domino's but I ordered and first my order was wrong which we decided to just go with it however the dough wasn't cooked all the way and it was soggy and they poured much BBQ sauce it was not edible.
