No greeting, very little eye to eye contact, no smile, lack of personality. Not everyone, but enough of them from my experience and observation to post this. If you've read any of my posts you know I have a very low tolerance for this sort of behavior. If Kevin & Amy are so proud of their restaurant, maybe they could tighten the reins a bit and train these young folk up with some BASIC customer service skills. Ok, I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. Tonight, Paige redeemed Culver's in Carroll. Greeted cheerfully and with a smile, eye contact, repeated my order back to me, thanked me and was pleasant the whole way through. I watched he with the next customers and it was the same.
