I live here in Salina and have tried all the subways ...but this one is by far the best one. I order at noon it was busy but the guy making sandwiches was super friendly and makes one of the best sandwiches I had in long time ...I will definitely go back to this one so I hope the stuff stays working there. read more

I came to this subway specifically because of the drive-through. I have small children and I wanted to be able to order dinner without having to get everyone out of the car. When I pulled up there was a sign said that the order taking device was broken and to pull up to the window. When I did so no one came out I looked inside and it appeared as if the place was closed. I honked my horn and waited. No one came. I pulled forward and walked into the restaurant where I saw a young lady standing in the back just behind where the window is. If I didn't know better I would've thought she was hiding. When I asked her if she would please go to the window and take my order she told me no. She told me that I needed to give the order inside. Because my kids have been pleading for Subway I did drag everyone out to order their food. But I can tell you I will never return to this location again - not because the food was terrible but because the customer service was awful. read more

Stopped while traveling .. This Subway is one of the cleanest , brightest Subway restaurants I've been in. Colorful, plenty of seating and staff was very friendly! The sandwiches were very fresh and they offered large selection of chips / fresh cookies. If you're looking for a quick stop off of I-35, stop here! read more

I stopped in here about 6 months ago on a trip back home and immediately after eating and leaving I got nauseous and my sandwich had nothing on it that needs to be cooked other than ham and pepperoni which is hard to mess up so I came to the conclusion that some of their food went bad and they were careless enough to give it out to customers read more

Worst subway experience yet. Extremely sassy service and a poorly made sandwich with not so fresh ingredients. Texture seemed microwave and soggy vs toasted. I eat subway quite often and this was more comparable to gas station food. Employees were less than friendly to begin with and then were strait up rude when we returned the sandwich. Oh well, it's not like I'm ever in the area, but other travelers should know not to go here if you're craving a decent subway sandwich. read more

I've been going to this subway once or twice a week for over a year. Always friendly and the bread was always fresh. Today was different. There was an older lady who was rude and bossy to me. Also, the bread was stale. I don't know who she was, but I got the impression that she was either a new hire manager or the owner and was there to reduce costs (like throwing away stale bread). Regardless, she was clearly an unhappy lady and it seemed to carry over to the otherwise friendly staff. If you're used to stale bread and rude service, this will be the norm. Was impressed with employees not much to complain there however, the sanitation was horrendous. I am not a customer who complains much about how sanitary a fast food place is because I know they won't be perfect however, I was very displeased with the amount of flies buzzing around the food.
