Driving west on 70 and tried to find a mom and pops type place for dinner that would be quick. Kid at the counter was very helpful pointing on his favs and the customers top choices. I tried a normal cheeseburger slider, a mobster slider and a chicken club slider. All were very good with a great bun. Mobster was odd but tasted like pizza. Order came with Frips which are just sliced fried potatoes and your choice of seasoning. Food came out fast and hot. Great little place. Definitely stop in. read more

Wow! What a find! About 5 minutes south of I-70 in Salina. We are driving through KS and wanted something small. We also are traveling with 2 dogs and had planned to visit Barkley Park in Salina. Back to Bravo: It took a few minutes to find the menu online, but I was able to find the attached photos on their Facebook page. They are very active on the page, so the menu is up to date. We wanted to use the drive through. They do not have a posted menu outside, so you either need to know what you want, or maybe ask for a paper menu. We decided on 2 sliders each, and a few sides. For Sliders they were all exactly what you would expect based on the menu description: Tuna: made true Mid-west style with sweet pickle relish Bacon Valley Burger Crispy Chicken Club T.B.L.T Chicken Parm Mobster For Sides: Frips: Garlic Parmesan and Nashville Hot -both were delicious. If I had known, I would have asked for them well done. Fried Okra: Fresh fried and crispy. We did not receive any dip for them. Onion Rings: crispy and light. They are beer battered, and tasted like they may have seasoned them with salt. Drinks: Sweet Tea was exactly that: Sweet. Dr. Pepper was also carbonated correctly and they did not skimp on filling the cup. I would highly recommend this place! They were very polite, however, if you are using the drive through, plan to wait. They can only take one order at the window, so just have to wait your turn. read more

We ordered a total of 17 sliders for a group. Everyone was completely satisfied. Some of the big hits were the Philly cheesesteak, the chicken Parmesan, and the chicken club. We loved the add on flavors for the fries. The onion rings were not great. They tasted like frozen ones from the store. The employees were all very nice and attentive. I would define Bravo as a hole-in-the-wall GEM. As an across-the-state road tripper, it's a few minutes off the highway, but I'd come back without a doubt! $3 may be slightly steep if you get a plain cheeseburger (like my kids...), but the sheer amount of variety they offer with their sliders makes it worth it! Our frips were enjoyable (a cross between chips and fries), but I honestly couldn't taste the difference between the S&P and the garlic parmesean. They were tasty, and I don't know if it's normal, but the texture was a little floppy. (May be because our online order had been sitting in the box for a few minutes? Not sure.) The man who took our order was SUPER kind, helpful and welcoming. We chatted about the food scene where we're from and he gave the advice to simply call in for ordering in the future, and they could help me save a few bucks. This is probably one of the best hidden gems in Salina. Love this place and their endless options. Awesome service focused on exploring your likes and then them sharing their options. Drive through is popular but I recommend going inside the old diner type restaurant without the cheesy jukebox...and relax for a minute while they cook your order fresh and hot! Worth a shot for some flavor varieties. We got takeout for our family and got a variety of sliders including the Fajita, gyro, classic American, pizza burger. We got several burgers that included real beef in several and also included impossible burger just to try that. We let our boys try some of the impossible burger, and if we had not told them it was fake, they said they would not have noticed. We got a side of poutine fries to share also. The buns were like a potato type of bun before they had a nice consistency for the burger. The overall variety was a nice change of pace from mass produced food. You could tell that care was taken at the burgers. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Overall, we all enjoyed our burger experience. The poutine was not really up to par and would not necessarily recommend that. But the place is worth a try. read more
