Best subway I've been to in a long time. The inside was clean, staff was super sweet and friendly with the kids, and the food was great.

I've been here twice. First time, employee was dismissive and acted like he couldn't care less. What really pissed me off was the second (and LAST visit). The paper my sandwich was placed on was beneath a cardboard box that was set up on the counter, and the employee grabbed her sweatshirt to pull up her sleeve with her gloves on then handled my food. Please ignore the previous reviewer; this location doesn't have a drive through so I doubt he knows what he's talking about. I work in BFE, and this Subway is one of the few places that doesn't take the bulk of my lunch hour to get to, so I come here often. When you are the only place close some joints use this as an excuse to let service fall to the wayside. Not here. I have been coming to this location 2-3 times a month for three years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is well trained and polite, they take the time to learn the regulars' names and about their lives, and the owner Sharon takes great pride in her store. Her lobby is clean and updated, the parking lot is NOT a mess (aside from what the occasional wind storm brings in-it is right off the freeway and a stone's throw from the airport), and the food is always great. Because they are one of the few restaurants in the area they are usually slammed for lunch, but they handle it well and can usually get you out pretty quick. If you're on a schedule I recommend coming after 1:00 as I find it's not as busy as it is at noon. read more

The difference between this particular Subway and the many others I've patronized is amazing. First, the service is other-worldly. I'm not kidding. No matter what time of the day I visit the staff blows through any kind of line in what must be record time. This chain is very clean and recently upgraded the counter area. Secondly, I like the fact that they have a large array of $5 foot long subs and daily specials. That's great for me because you get two meals for the price of one if you go to any nearby deli-- very successful business model. Honestly, the food is fresh, but I don't know how they make bread that hardly doesn't really exist (it is 95% air, but I can't figure out what the other 5% is). Bottom line: Of all the Subway's I've visited in SLC, this one has a good balance of service, $5 foot long selections, cleanliness and friendly owner/staff/customers. It's my go-to Subway! read more

My daughter and her family stopped in there on Sunday between 11 and 12 to get lunch as they were headed home to Colorado my granddaughter who is nine ordered a cold cut sandwich with just the cold cuts and the mayo and the bread she shared it with my other granddaughter who is 18 months old for the last three days they've both been sick with food poisoning they've already been to the doctor we've already reported it they are sick with a fever diarrhea and they won't even eat I'm very angry that you have not been checked out by the health department. I came into this location this evening about 20 minutes to 6. The woman who was closing made a point to let everyone in the store know she was stressed because they are busy (mind you there were two other people in the store when I walked in) and supposed to close in 20 minutes. I understand wanting leave work believe me but I work in the area and on a Sunday this is the only thing around and open. I think this specific employee should maybe re evaluate working in a customer facing environment since I can see a few other reviews most likely written about the same employee. Just a thought... Hey its subway.....yeah...well I'm not a huge fan of this franchise, but there is not much else to choose from. At lunch this place is PACKED!! That being said, the employees here are very efficient and the lines move very quick, I will admit that I can be....difficult with my sandwich toppings but they are always patient and make it to my standards.
