When I was hired for a cashier at a very highly busy venue, I had to take a math test and if I couldn't do basic math, I would not have been hired. I think we need to go back to that. If you're going to handle cash, you need to be able to add and subtract basic amounts. What is this world coming to when young people can't do math ??? Sorry not sorry. The other day the same thing happened at a different business... so this is not the only place that has workers who can't add or subtract mentally without being dumbfounded... Parents need to be aware that their children are not learning the basics in school. The meat and the veggies I had put in my sandwich were really fresh. Over all the sandwich was pretty good. The restaurant is inside a truck stop gas station so the door opened a lot and it was freezing in there. I needed my gloves on but can't eat in gloves. Didn't even consider taking off my heavy coat.

After ordering we waited for an extended time to the point that the guest in front of me left before getting his order. This leads to the person at the window greeting me with "what did y'all order?" Once we finally received our order it was 10:10. It took ten minutes to order and receive our food. This is the opposite of fast food.
