Once delivered the employee didn't hesitate to come back to our car because we were missing two items and needed mass condiment packages, which they gave me without grief. Other ones charge me or roll their eyes or huff away and throw them at me practically. The food WAS fresh and besides having to bring me two things that were missing tasted great. I'd go back again if we were in town. IMHO it wasn't any worse than the McDonald's we have where I live.
