While visiting my sister in Georgia, I'm stumbled across this place ...I'm glad I finally did! I'm pleased to say it lived up to expectations. The burger was a nice size and flavorful, the fries were crisp and well-seasoned, and the shake was excellent. Even the chicken (which I ordered for my son), unexpectedly, were quite good. The service was pleasant, though on the slower side, which I actually took as a good sign that the food is made fresh to order. The place appeared clean and well-maintained, and the fact that it operates 24 hours a day is certainly a convenient perk. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to returning.

It took three of them to take one order for one person. Nobody knew what they were doing. I paid almost $14 for a jalapeño cheeseburger large sized meal. They gave me my order number to place on my table and a large cup for my drink. It took them almost 15 minutes to get me my food and I had to walk up front to ask about it. Bear in mind there was only one other person in there in front of me. When I got my food, my hamburger was cold and my fries were not far behind that. I should've gone back and asked for a new hamburger, but I was so disgusted by the ignorance and lack of training of the staff that I just wanted to eat something and leave the restaurant. The restaurant itself was very very clean and as I said before, obviously very new. I stopped at the bathroom before I left. But for a new building and a bathroom that looked clean, the whole bathroom smelled like urine. I also have to say they added pickles to a hamburger that wasn't supposed to have pickles and I had to take them off before I ate my cold hamburger. I have eaten that several other Whataburger in different towns and had a good experience. This Whataburger in Griffin, Georgia, clearly has bad training and bad management and it is just opened. I will never be back to this Whataburger again. I had to repeat four times what I did not want on my hamburger. And that's with three of them standing there helping each other. Avoid this location of Whataburger at all costs.

The fries were hot and salted perfectly, as if this place actually CARED about what they were serving. Just absolutely an excellent food experience for the price. If they had a Whataburger in my area I would never ever have to eat any other burger -- that includes YOU, Five Guys, and you know how I feel about you! My only little complaint is the cheap styro cups they use for drinks. When I opened my lid, there were flecks of styro floating in my drink that had been abraded off the cup when they put the lid on. That needs to be addressed. Next time (if I get back to GA) I will say "no lid."
